Analysis of factors affecting communication in the ambient of new media: Case study of YouTube Beauty community

This diploma thesis discusses the process of communication in new media environment and demonstrates it on the example of YouTube Beauty community which can be seen as an autonomous, independent space for expression and sharing of information. It introduces the specifics of communication in the environment of Beauty community and its characteristics. It discusses some theoretic concepts connected with communication in the environment of new media and also with the Beauty community, for example Web 2.0, citizen journalism, prosumption or the concept of internet as a new space of public discussion. It also discusses concept of political economy about how external especially commercial factors influence communication process and content of traditional media and connects it with influences of external commercial factors on communication in Beauty community. In qualitative research are explored factors that impact communication in this environment and also potential impact of external commercial factors on communications and its contents.

Work of art in copyright law

The goal of this thesis was to show the basic issues of copyright in the area of works of art with pointing out a special treatment, which is paid to these works on the basis of specific characteristics resulting from the nature of a work of art. The main specifics are immediate connection of works with its material expression. The introduction of thesis outlines the concept of copyright and its sources. It deals with main principles of copyright and an author as a person.This chapter also includes a part devoted to the subject of copyright, which is author's work, and a part devoted to characteristic features of a work of art. The following chapter is devoted to the rights of the author, which arise by creating of a work of art and subsequently during the use of the work. It contains a division of rights to the personality and property ones in which it devotes to the right to use the work of art and mainly to the right to remuneration during resale of it. The Copyright Act provides to use a work of art without authorization granted by an author and these issues are dealt with mainly in the chapter of constructive use of the works of art. The License Agreement providing the right to use a work is the basic institute in law enforcement. A properly drafted licence contract prevents possible disputes...

The Metternichs, or Klemens Wenzel Lothar Metternich Is Getting Married

The first part of this work discusses the history of house Metternich with shells in their heraldry and also about another less significant house Metternich with lion in their heraldry. Furthermore this work summarizes the theories about kinship between these two houses. Another significant point of this work is the personal life of Austrian state chancellor Klemens Metternich and his marriages, which are analyzed in a separate chapter. The goal of this work is to analyse available literature and to this time unused sources and bring a comprehensive view of the problematic of the history this house and of the second house Metternich as well as to unfold the topic of marriages of the state chancellor Klemens Metternich and review essential publication dealing with these topics.

Vliv ročního období na příjem sušiny krmné dávky a produkci mléka u vysokoužitkových holštýnských dojnic

The aim of this thesis was to determine whether the seasons has an effect on intake of dry matter ration and milk production by high produced dairy cows. The research was conducted in school farm with the breeding of Holstein cattle. Practical part of this work was focused on monitoring of dry matter TMR and remains of feed, which were also recorded their quantity. By this, it was found actual income based ration. Furthermore, using data from performance testing, the evaluation of milk production was conducted, the structure of feed was followed by a separator and a nutritional status of animals was followed by a condition score (BCS). The subject of surveillance was group of cows with high milk yield, which was divided into 3 sections. In the experiment were included 80 cows (their number was changed during the year). Monitoring was conducted once a month during the period from May 2014 to March 2015. The results were processed by standard mathematical and statistical methods. It was found that the remains of feed for the entire period had the value 1402.6 kg. Most of them were remained at the end of the section. The structure of ration corresponded to recommended values. During the evaluation of feeds remains was discovered selection of feed. Condition of dairy cows during the year did not significantly change (only by 0.3 point). The average content of dry matter amounted to 45.9 %. Income of dry matter had a value on average 24.6 kg (in range 21-31 kg). It was confirmed the negative correlation between intake of dry matter and temperature in the stable. Subsequently, we confirmed a positive correlation dependence on intake of dry matter and milk production.

Hops is one of the basic raw materials for beer, but it can be used not only for beer very noteworthy are his healing abilities. Czech Saaz variety belongs to among the best hops in the world, whose quality is involved in both genetics and climate. In addition to the substances important to the taste and aroma of beer, it contains a number of other substances with health significance. The aim of this work was to determine the essential oil content in hop cones and pellets. Specify the content of selected components of essential oils and statistically evaluate differences in their content. In the literature to find healing effects of hops and hop possibility of using essential oils. The results show that a very significant effect was high variety on the total content of essential oils and essential oils into individual components (myrcene, caryophyllene, farnesene and humulene). The highest essential oil content was detected in samples of dried hop cones of Saaz hops variety recuperation forms (525 ul.100 g-1), while the lowest essential oil content was detected in samples of dried hop cones unrecuperation forms variety Saaz variety (295 ul.100 g-1) . Dried hop cones are demanding storage and dispensing. Hop pellets are most commonly used because they are easily dosed and stored.
