Tato práce popisuje cíle a dosavadní výsledky, dále se zaměřuje na použité vědecké technologie, včetně detailního popisu vědeckých instrumentů a výzkumu návrhu konstrukce obou sond.
Possibilities of utilizing lightweight autoclaved silicate based materials for insulation of building structures
Novák, Jakub ; Sedlmajer, Martin (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of thermal insulation for building structures using autoclaved aerated concrete on silicate based with density up to 200 kg/m3. The theoretical part presents the knowledge of the thermal protection of buildings and thermal insulation materials. Thereafter are distributed insulation systems. Production of aerated concrete and its properties is described in detail. In thesis were evaluated possibilities of use this material. The materiál is proved to be suitable for the production of thermal insulating wall, insulated foundation slabs or composite external panels. In the practical part were find out the values of physical and mechanical properties of aerated concrete product. Test results showed that the product can be used as an alternative to standard insulation systems. Component of the practical part was also to compare various insulation materials on the present market. In the conclusion is performed an overall assessment that includes the overall findings and the results.
Own family house
Novák, Jakub ; Mrva, Kamil (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
The design of multi-generation house on the piece of land which belongs to the investor family for six generations is based on the proportions of a traditional Czech Elbeland house. The resulting layout provides a logical construction in stages according to the actual needs of the young family. Dimensionally, the building is trying to convey the dialogue between the optimal contours of the thermal envelope of passive house and the traditional silhouette. Lamina part of the roof jacket assumes abbreviated form of this silhouette, creating a soft transition zones between the interior and exterior - stoop and covered terrace. Cubic mass of the building protrudes slightly from this outlines, making the composition more surprising. The house is designed in a passive energy standard, using hay bales as insulation and adobe bricks (made on site from local clay) as a filling for non-bearing partitions to improve thermal accumulation properties of the object. Structures are mostly wooden and from agglomerated wooden materials. The whole design is based on the assumption of self-help construction, taking into account the least possible interference in the landscape we very much respect.
Possibilities of utilization of aggregate based on glass powder in new building materials
Novák, Jakub ; Sedlmajer, Martin (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the use of waste glass powder as an aggregate in thermal insulation plasters for AAC. In the theoretical part, the problem of thermal protection of buildings is discussed first. The production and properties of foamed glass are described. Then the research of plasters, their composition and properties was made. Thermal-insulating plasters are specified and their use has been proposed for thermal insulation of building structures. In the practical part, suitable formulations have been proposed in the form of dry plaster and mortar mixtures (SOMS). Test samples were prepared from them. The physical and mechanical properties were measured. These were compared with the requirements set by standards and technical regulations. To get closer to the behavior of plasters on real buildings an AAC wall was built. The individual recipes were applied on it. It was monitored working with plaster and how it held on the masonry. During ripening crack development was observed. Optimization calculation inculded these aspects and it determined the optimal recipe. All designed recipes can be used as a thermal-insulating plasters.
Deposition of GaN nanocrystals with Ga droplets
Novák, Jakub ; Voborný, Stanislav (referee) ; Mach, Jindřich (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with preparation and characterization of Ga structures and GaN nanocrystals. In the theoretical part, properties and applications of GaN are introduced. Further, some substrates for the growth and some techniques used for manufacturing of these structures are stated. Further, is also mentioned the photoluminiscence of GaN. The experimental part deals with preparation of Ga and GaN structures and combination of both. These structures were further analyzed by various methods such as XPS, SEM or photoluminiscence.
Design of caravan.
Novák, Jakub ; Pelikán, František (referee) ; Rubínová, Dana (advisor)
Theme of this diploma thesis is the design of caravan meaning travel trailer. Concept is adapted to the technical and ergonomic requirements and the main goal of this concept is to provide original design with a view to the future. The complex concept meets the operational, technical and ergonomic demands of such trailers. The project is focused on the design concept of the implemented folding mechanism. Design of the travel trailer is due to todays modern technological methods and the construction ready for production and everyday operating usage.
TOWNHOUSE ON THE WATERFRONT IN PŘEROV
Novák, Jakub ; Müller, Zdeněk (referee) ; Ruller, Ivan (advisor)
City house on the quay design study at Prerov Bachelor thesis deals with a multipurpose building design on the important corner parcel on the waterfront in the town of Prerov. The proposal is based on the requirements for quality and detail of created public space and quality of interior solutions intended for the users of the building. Multiple research published in the book of Jan Gehl - Life between the buildings serve as reference.
Effect of Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization autotherapy on functional foot disorders
Vojtěchovská, Karolína ; Oplatková, Lenka (advisor) ; Novák, Jakub (referee)
This thesis aimed to demonstrate the effect of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization autotherapy on functional foot disorders in comparison with autotherapy according to the analytical approach. The theoretical part summarized the findings regarding foot and gait kinesiology, developmental kinesiology as a pivotal period for gait development and foot formation, the relationship between foot and posture, and functional foot defects. METHODOLOGY: In this study, 26 probands aged 20-26 years were divided into two groups, namely, the DNS group and the Analyst group. The names of the groups were chosen according to the type of self-therapy. At the beginning of this work, an initial measurement was conducted where probands in both groups were measured using Physionesnig platform in selected five tests. These tests are Static analysis, Unilateral Stance, Sit-to-stand, Weight bearing squat, Dynamic analysis. After the initial measurement using the Physiosensing platform, individual probands were instructed and coached by the physiotherapist in self- therapy regarding the given exercise set-up. After a 6-week autotherapy session, a second measurement was performed. The measured data were statistically processed using the Jamovi program, version 2.3.26.0. RESULTS: The main results of the study show that neither group...
Effect of physical exercise on ultrasonographic assessment of Achilles tendon region in runners
Benešová, Adéla ; Machač, Stanislav (advisor) ; Novák, Jakub (referee)
The master thesis entitled "The effect of physical activity on the ultrasonographic evaluation of the Achilles tendon in runners" aims to elucidate the role of physical activi-ty on the outcome of ultrasonographic (USG) examinations. Thirty-two runners un-derwent a 10km run preceded by a USG examination to evaluate and measure their Achilles tendon (AT). These findings were compared with the results of an identical USG examination acquired after the run. Statistical analysis showed significantly diffe-rent values for the following parameters: cross section area (CSA), m. flexor hallucis longus (m. FHL) diameter and heel fat pat compresibility (HFP). Subjectively assessed retrocalcaneal bursa size also showed differences in dimensions. Another focus of the study was to compare the client-centric state of the AT assessed by the VISA-A questi-onnaire with the CSA values and the size of the musculotendinous junction (MTJ) angle of the m. soleus. The size of CSA was inversely correlated with VISA-A values. MTJ angle and VISA-A did not show a statistically significant association.
