Opportunity study in Industry 4.0 projects for introducing robotization
Tihelka, Oldřich ; Simeonov, Simeon (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This paper shows the meaning of project management in connection with the right understanding of the Industry 4.0 phenomenon, which could be applied to technological praxis. Key aspects of robotization within small and medium-sized enterprises are going to be analyzed, along with introducing suitable means necessary for such robotization projects being conducted successfully in terms of the pre-project phases. In conclusion, some solutions of how to possibly robotize a local small-sized car repair garage are going to be put forward.
Design of a robotic beech with a Siemens control system
Junek, Jaroslav ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
This work deals with the design of optimization for the production process of fittings and palletizing. This process is controlled by a PLC and there are proposals for appropriate algorithms and visualizations. He also examines the issue of MXAtomation, as a means of controlling a robot through a programmable logic controller.
Use of Modelling and Simulation in the Analysis of Operational Risks of Production Lines
Wolker, Jakub ; MSc, Martin Manga, (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the use of modeling and simulation in the analysis of operational risks. Proposals for the methodology for creating a digital twin model of new and existing production lines, subsequent verification of the methodology on a specific model and also the use of the model to determine operational risks will be presented. Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software is used to create the digital twin model and to verify risk scenarios and related experiments. The main goal of this work is to propose a suitable procedure and means that address the issue of planned benefits and risks for production line projects. This is achieved by meeting the sub-objectives that correspond to the individual proposals. The solution is based on theoretical knowledge and analysis of the assembly line, the state of value stream mapping and the data used.
Risk Management of Business Entity
Spáčilová, Natálie ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Doskočil, Radek (advisor)
The master thesis deals with the issue of risk management in a selected business entity. The subject of the research is the risk of the selected entity. The object of the research is company named Master Fitness. Main focus of the company is to provide physical education and sport services. The thesis also focus more on theoretical background of risk management, identification, analysis and evaluation of risks using qualitative or semi-quantitative methods. The conclusion of the work contains suggestions for measures that lead to the reduction of risks and improvement of the identified situation.
Digital twin of a conveyor line
Sazonov, Viacheslav ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Škrabánek, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the creation of a digital twin of the transport line called Interoll, which will reflect the dimensions of the real model, information about the functionality of the drives and information about the correct functioning of the control logic of the whole system. The next section describes Industry 4.0 and the use of digital twins. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the design of a 3D model of a transport line, the creation of logic control and digital twin drives using software from the Siemens company. The output of the thesis is a properly functioning digital twin of the Interoll transport line.
Modern methods for intersection signaling control
Bartoš, Pavel ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Kůdela, Jakub (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the optimal control of traffic lights at intersections. In the introduction, concepts are introduced and control methods are presented. Subsequently, Eclipse's SUMO software is chosen to create the model. Following the model of a real intersection, both layout and logic and traffic flows are created. The traffic flows itself are partially randomized. The control is performed using three green queue lengths and the evaluation is done by comparing the average and maximum waiting times. Pareto optimal points are thus selected. The first algorithm to obtain the optimal setting is a grid search. The second algorithm has been implemented by NSGA-II. The settings are compared with each other as well as with respect to the settings and the time window.
Drones and Their Applications
Mrkva, Tomáš ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Šeda, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with nowadays trends of drones. In each chapter, basic components are described for drone building, ways of operating, dynamics of motion, ways of usage and in the end market research.
Model visualization in virtual reality
Lukačovič, Samuel ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Hůlka, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis is dedicated to a term called virtual reality, its history, applications and possible technological adaptations. Subsequently the focus is going to shift towards a type of software called game engine. The function, historical development and various kinds of game engines are going to be closely described. Practical part of the thesis is going to be focused on making of training simulation in virtual reality. During development the unique features of the chosen game engine, thanks to which this game engine is suitable for creating such applications, are going to be used.
Active defence of drones from birds
Husovská, Viktória ; Lacko, Branislav (referee) ; Škrabánek, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the protection of drones from birds. The aim of the work was to develop a protection proposal that will be applicable to an ordinary drone at an affordable price, since there is no currently available commercial solution that would be able to do so. The sensory ecology of birds was investigated in the thesis and the deterrents of control of their adverse effects as well. Based on the effectiveness of all the deterrents and knowledge from the ecology of birds, a proposal for the protection of drones was introduced. The proposed protection combines visual, audio and mechanical protection and, aside from direct protection of the drone, it can also repel birds away. This would lead to a reduction of the risk of collisions and therefore provides protection for birds. Plastic construction protecting the sensitive parts of the drone is designed as mechanical protection, while a holographic tape and a siren are used to repel the birds away.
