The submitted bachelor´s thesis deals with the proposal of changes of employees evaluation and remuneration system of selected company. First part focuses on theoretical knowledge from the sector of evaluation and remuneration of employees. Second part contains analysis of the current situation of rewarding and evaluating of employees in the chosen company. Final part suggests improvements of used processes. This bachelor´s thesis also includes economic evaluation of the proposed solution.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of employee satisfaction in the nonprofit organization Diakonie ČCE - center in Myslibořice. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the issues of human resource management, motivation and methods of remuneration. In the analytical part, there is a description of the analyzed company and then the analysis itself, for which is chosen the method of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview. Based on this research, possible measures to increase job satisfaction are presented in the proposal section, including an economic evaluation of the proposals.

Aim of this batchelor thesis is to measure and evaluate efficiency of Honeywell spol, s.r.o. from 2015 to 2019. Thesis consists of three parts. First part focuses on theory. This part explains basic terms of financial analysis. Second part aims to introduce the company. Last part focuses on analysis of firm‘s efficiency that is measured by differential and aggregate indicators. This part also includes suggestions that could contribute to better financial health of the company. Financial analysis revealed that the company is financially healthy, with low risk of bankruptcy and also have no problems with bonita.

In the practical part there is detailed analysis of the company and of its major competitors and there is also contained a research based on a questionnaire survey. The main part of the work consists of suggestions for improvement in the evaluating, rewarding and motivating of employees.

In this bachelors's thesis is presented evaluation and remuneration system in specific company. Investing in human resources is important but underestimated part in some companies. Although satisfied and correctly motivated employee is a key to gain competative advantage in crowded market. The desk study is attend to different kinds of evaluation, further more it analyses remuneration and motivation. The practical part of this work contains present conditions in the firm which is background for my own solution. This research is based on questionnare and interview with owner.
