Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením spokojenosti zaměstnanců v neziskové organizaci Diakonie ČCE – středisko vMyslibořicích. Teoretická část obsahuje úvod do problematiky řízení lidských zdrojů, motivace a způsobech odměňování. Vanalytické části následně dochází kpopisuanalyzované společnosti a poté již k samotné analýze, pro kterou je zvolena metoda dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Na základě tohoto výzkumu jsou vnávrhové části uvedena možná opatření pro zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti včetně ekonomického vyhodnocení návrhů. The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of employee satisfaction in the nonprofit organization Diakonie ČCE - center in Myslibořice. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the issues of human resource management, motivation and methods of remuneration. In the analytical part, there is a description of the analyzed company and then the analysis itself, for which is chosen the method of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview. Based on this research, possible measures to increase job satisfaction are presented in the proposal section, including an economic evaluation of the proposals.
