Bakalárska práca je zameraná na systém odmeňovania zamestnancov v spoločnosti LEGARDE s.r.o. Je rozdelená na tri časti. Prvá časť charakterizuje pojmy v oblasti odmeňovania. Druhá časť obsahuje analýzu súčasného stavu vybranej spoločnosti a spôsob odmeňovania zamestnancov. Tretia časť práce je zameraná na návrhy týkajúce sa zmien v systéme odmeňovania zamestnancov v analyzovanej spoločnosti. The bachelor thesis is focused on the remuneration system of employees in the company LEGARDE s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the concepts of remuneration. The second part contains an analysis of the current state of the company and the method of employee remuneration. The third part of the thesis is focused on proposals concerning changes in the system of employee remuneration in the analyzed company.
