Comparison of party system development in Czechk republic and in Slovak republic.
Kučerová, Kateřina ; Stracený, Josef (advisor) ; Hauser, Michael (referee)
The master thesis "Comparison of the development of party systems in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic in 2010-2020" is focused on the analysis of the development of the Czech and Slovak party system in the years 2010-2020 and their mutual comparison. So the milestone for the analysis was the years 2010-2020. During this period there were fundamental changes in the Czech and Slovak party systems, which was the main reason for choosing this topic. The individual periods of development of both party systems will be defined by parliamentary elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and to the National Council of the Slovak Republic. The analysis is based on the methods mentioned in the theoretical part of the work and on the classical typologies of party systems of M. Duverger, J. Blondel and G. Sartori. In the analysis itself, electoral statistics, surveys of electoral preferences and media sources are largely used. Among the main criteria for the analysis, the number and size of political parties and their relevance were determined. The relevance means the determination of coalition or blackmail potential. Furthermore, the degree of fragmentation of the party system and the main cleavages will be determined. The comparison will be based on an analysis...
Agency employment with a cross-border element
Kučerová, Kateřina ; Pichrt, Jan (advisor) ; Tomšej, Jakub (referee)
1 Agency employment with a cross-border element Abstract The topic of this diploma thesis is agency employment with a cross-border element. Employment agencies cover the shortage of workers on the Czech labor market by assigning foreigners to users. The thesis analyzes this process of agency employment of foreigners, by connecting the institutes of agency employment and employment of foreigners. In its introductory chapter, this thesis briefly describes and analyzes the institute of agency employment, focusing primarily on the requirements necessary to obtain a permission for agency employment and on comparable working and wage conditions. Furthermore, this work deals with the cross-border element of agency employment, where the second chapter analyzes in detail the process of agency employment of foreigners, both citizens of other Member States of the European Union and especially foreigners from third countries. Based on this analysis, the content of the second chapter is also a comparison of the legal status of Czech nationals, citizens from other Member States of the European Union and foreigners from third countries in the framework of agency employment. In the final chapter, this work deals with the violation of legislation in the field of agency employment with a cross-border element. It focuses on...

PharmDr. Ludmila Matysová, Ph.D. Consultant: assoc. prof. RNDr. Lenka Kujovská Krčmová, Ph.D. Title of Dissertation Thesis: Usage of HPLC and UHPLC - MS/MS techniques for clinical research The dissertation thesis is dealing with the extraction techniques and with development, optimization and validation of chromatographic methods for the determination of omeprazol which is drug from the group of proton pump inhibitors, and retinol as a new potential biomarker of kidney damage. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on detailed description of the individual analytes, their clinical significance, options of determination and the matrix in which the target analytes were determined. Furthermore, the preparation of the sample before the analysis is discussed and validation recommendations related to chromatographic methods used in both pharmaceutical analysis and bioanalysis are also mentioned. In the experimental part the development, optimization and validation of UHPLC methods and their subsequent use are described in detail. The pharmaceutical-analytical part of the work describes the determination of omeprazole in new suspension preparations,...

Selected issues of criminal liability of legal persons in the Czech Republic and in the Federal Republic of Germany Abstract In this diploma thesis, the author deals with the issue of criminal liability of legal persons in the Czech Republic and in the Federal Republic of Germany. The aim of the thesis is to define certain key issues of the legal regulation of criminal liability of legal persons in the Czech Republic and within them to analyze controversial points, including the proposal of possible options of de lege ferenda solutions. In this context, the thesis is also focused on a comprehensive treatise on the legal regulation of tortious liability of legal persons in the Federal Republic of Germany. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the general definition of criminal liability of legal persons and its basic concepts, the historical development of criminal liability of legal persons within continental and Anglo-Saxon legal culture and international legal obligations of the Czech Republic arising from international treaties and European Union legislation. The second chapter focuses on the substantive legal regulation of criminal liability of legal persons in the Czech Republic, specifically on its basic characteristics, the scope of Act No. 418/2011 Coll., on criminal...

Demografické aspekty pracovní udržitelnosti dotovaných zaměstnanců ve vybraných firmách
Kučerová, Kateřina
The Diploma thesis is focused on problems of social policy clued-up to an Active Employment Policy of the Czech Republic and also to possibility of giving financial support to employees who are hard to be employed in the labour market in context of demographic aspects. The aim is to indentify if demographic aspects of employees supported by the program Socially efficient workplaces are influencing its job sustainability with current employer. Results are finding out using questionary and correlative analysis through various coefficient according to preliminary data. The results are expected to answer the reaserch question about job sustainability of employees which is going to be supported by the program in context of demographic index.
Zastoupení mastných kyselin ve vybraných cereálních potravinách
Kučerová, Kateřina
The diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part it deals with lipids and their role in human nutrition. I also characterized fatty acids and evaluated their health effects. Subsequently, I studied the theoretical basis of chromatographic methods focusing on gas chromatography, its instrumentation and evaluation. In the practical part I analysed the selected assortment of müsli bars by several producers. I focused on the quality of some müsli bars available on the Czech market, focusing mainly on fat content and fatty acid composition. As far as preparation of samples are concerned, it was necessary to lyophilize them first and then Soxhlet extraction followed. The actual determination of fatty acids was carried out using the method of gas chromatography and the results were statistically evaluated.
Preparation and evaluation of lipid based nanoparticles as drug carriers
Kučerová, Kateřina ; Holas, Ondřej (advisor) ; Vraníková, Barbora (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Department of: Pharmaceutical Technology Supervisor: PharmDr. Ondřej Holas, Ph.D. Consultant: Mgr. Jana Kubačková Student: Kateřina Kučerová Title of thesis: Preparation and evaluation of lipid based nanoparticles as drug carriers Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) and nanostructured lipid carriers (NLC) are promising drug delivery systems. Their capability to encapsulate both hydrophilic and lipophilic molecules, biocompatibility and biodegradability of lipids make them a suitable alternative for well-established drug carries. The aim of this thesis was to determine suitable ratios of composition of nanoparticles with acceptable properties (especially reduced size and polydispersity, high zeta potential absolute values), to investigate status and thermodynamic behaviour of the nanoparticles and lipids used and to examine drug encapsulation efficiency. Nanoprecipitation method was used to prepare nanoparticles from stearic acid as a solid lipid and in the case of NLC preparation isopropyl myristate as a liquid lipid was used. Kolliphor® P 188 as a surfactant and Span® 20 as a co-surfactant were the best choice to meet intended characteristics. It was shown that usually lower the concentration of surfactant and co-surfactant was the...
