OF MASTER THESIS Author: Bc. Tereza Sádlová Supervisor: Mgr. Barbora Vaculíková, MBA Expert guarantor: plk. MUDr. Michal Říha, PhD., MBA Title of master thesis: Quality management of rehabilitation in patients with cerebrovascular accident This master thesis deals with quality management of rehabilitation in patients with cerebrovascular accident and we can also seen her as a basic summary of everything what is connected with quality rehabilitation understood as a service provided in medical devices. The main goal of this master thesis was determined as a presentation of possible form for monitoring and evaluating quality of rehabilitation using Indicator of quality stroke rehabilitation in patients with cerebrovascular accident. For the complex assessment of functional status of patient before and after stroke rehabilitation was reflected all items which are trained during physiotherapy, occupational theray, speech therapy etc. This master thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. Theoretical part provides basic information of cerebrovascular accident, system of stroke rehabilitation and quality management of health care, which si relative to stroke rehabilitation. Empirical part describes a process of creating of Indicator of quality management of rehabilitation in patients...

Title: Sports event management - Princeton-Blairstown Center Objectives: The aim of this work is on the basis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to propose particular arrangement that would improve organization of Princeton-Blairstown Center in following years. Methods: Case analysis was used as the main research method. In preparation of this analysis participant observation, document analysis, semi-structured and unstructured interviews were applied. On the basis of these methods SWOT analysis was developed, which shows the strengths and weaknesses Results: The analysis showed that the Princeton - Blairstown Center was very well organized event with small issues. The camp is associated organization to Princeton University, camp gains part of the funding from the university or its foundations. The advantages of Princeton - Blairstown Center are mainly a high ropes course, a unique environment and area and because of these advantages camp has increasing number of participants every year. For the following years, it is very important to keep a good relationship with the university, take care of the site, keep the lake in good condition, try to find sponsors and improve promotion of Princeton - Blairstown Center. The aim of this thesis is to create an audio visualizer. That means an object, whose parameters will be changed in real time based on chosen parameters of an audio. The first part of this thesis deals with different kinds of audio visualizers through history till today and also deals with some artistic theories about visualization. The second part deals with the main solution of the visualizer in Pure Data and principles used for audio processing and also describes development of an external for Pure Data.
Sport disciplines of antique olympic games and their origin
Jelínková, Jana ; Kolář, František (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
NÁZEV PRÁCE: SPORTOVNÍ DISCIPLÍNY NA ANTICKÝCH OLYMPUSKÝCH HRÁCH A JEJICH VZNIK TITLE: Sport disciplines ofancient olympic games and their origin CÍL PRÁCE: Cílem práce je shrnout znalosti o vývoji jednotlivých disciplín, které se postupně staly součástí antických olympijských her. Celkem byly čtyři (nemejské, pýthijské, isthmijské a olympijské). Olympijské hry se staly...
Effect of storage of biological material on the activity of biotransformation enzymes
Jelínková, Jana ; Szotáková, Barbora (advisor) ; Kvasničková, Eva (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biochemical Sciences Candidate: Jana Jelínková Consultant: Doc. Ing. Barbora Szotáková, Ph.D. Title: Effect of storage of biological material on activity of biotransformation enzymes Effect of storage of liver and subcellullar fractions on the activities of biotransformation enzymes was studied. Activities of oxidation enzymes - cytochromes P450 (CYP1A, 2B, 2C, 3A) and flavin-containg monooxygenases (FMO), carbonyl-reducing enzymes (AKR1A1, AKR1C, 11β-HSD,CBR) and conjugation enzymes (UGT, GST) were observed. Microsomal and cytosolic subcellular fractions prepared from differently stored liver of sheep (Ovis aries) were used. (A) from fresh tissue frozen in the liquid nitrogen. (B) from liver that was stored at -80C, the temperature gradually increased to 0C and then gradually decreased back to -80C. The half of prepared microsomal and cytosolic subcellular fractions from liver stored in liquid nitrogen (A) was processed by the same storage procedure as liver (B). The second half was stored at -80C. Activities of tested biotransformation enzymes were determined toward their relatively specific substrates. The subcellular fractions were also incubated with xenobiotics (oracin, flubendazole and albendazole) and the...
