Bauschinger effect and cyclic plasticity in constructional magnesium alloy.

This bachelor´s thesis is dealing with low cycle - fatigue behavior of formed magnesium alloy AZ61 and detection of cyclic plasticity with possibility of Bauschinger effect influence. In addition of fatigue properties metallographic evaluation of microstructure and also evaluation of mechanical qualities was made.
Fracture toughness testing at high temperature range using miniaturized CT specimens

This master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of fracture behavior of ODS steel MA956 at high temperature range. This behavior was tested by using miniaturized CT specimens, on which were performed experiments to measure of ductile crack growth resistance curves (J-R curves). The value of the fracture toughness was determined from these J-R curves. Fracture properties were consequently evaluated by using fractographic analysis of the fracture surfaces. Structural properties of material was identified by hardness measurement and analyzed by metallographic methods. Results of the measurements show drop of the fracture toughness with respect to the increasing temperature.
Design of AD converter with low supply voltage in CMOS technology

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem 12 bitového řetězového A/D převodníku. Součástí návrhu bylo vytvořit referenční model převodníku v prostředí Matlab a determinovat faktory, které negativně ovlivňují výsledek konverze. S využitím nabytých poznatků navrhnout řetězový převodník na transistorové úrovni v prostředí Cadence. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základy A/D převodu a dále jsou představeny nejčastěji používané architektury A/D převodníků. V dalších částech je popsán a diskutován vliv neidealit na vlastnosti řetězových převodníků. Praktická část se již věnuje popisu základních charakteristik řetězových převodníků a dokazuje funkci modelu. Z výsledků modelové struktury byly stanoveny reálné parametry, které byly dále využity v procesu tvorby návrhu v CMOS technologii TSMC 0,18m s nízkým napájecím napětím.
Testbed for wireless power transfer system

The purpose of this work is design and making experimental device. It will be instrumental towards measurement effectivity wireless power transfer electric energy using help of inductive link. This work contains information about main factors, which influencing this transfer. Further I describe an operation design and each parts. These parts are mechanic or electric. In conclusion this work is functionality testing experimental device.
The modernization of control system of milling machine FNG

This thesis deals with a proposal modernisation of control and electroinstalation of the milling machine FNG 32. The thesis is divided into several sections: The first section is dedicated to the research of the milling machine and the description of its current condition. The second section deals with possible options of retrofitting and with the components.The third section includes the technical and economical evaluation and the selection of the solution. In the next section, the selected components are described and an electronic documentation of the machine has been created in EPLAN. In the last section, a proposal of control of the milling machine has been created with the help of the TwinCAT development environment provided by Beckhoff company.
Memristor with PWL-type characteristic

Bachelor’s thesis deals with an analog emulation of memristor memory with PWL-type characteristic which is designed for modern digital memories. The first part of the document summarizes the basic memristor characteristics and rules of their proper modeling. The next parts present the circuit implementation and computer simulation. The printed circuit board design and prototype measurement are included.
