Current state and future perspectives of Tatra National Park from the viewpoint of stakeholders
Jurík, Juraj ; Rynda, Ivan (advisor) ; Hošek, Michael (referee)
The main research objectives of this master thesis are the stakeholders and their opinions on the management of Tatra National Park in Slovakia. There are many stakeholders in the national park and each one has different interests. The objective is to find a compromise between the protection of the nature and the degree to which the national park would be used for human purposes. As a result, the area would also be managed in accordance with the national legislation and international guidelines (IUCN) category II and also provide human society with a variety of benefits. The goal of the thesis is to find out how this management will look like in practice. Qualitative interviews were used in order to obtain the opinions of the main stakeholders. Framework analysis has been applied to analyse all the interviews. Key words: stakeholders, protected areas, national parks, management, IUCN categories, national legislation, tourism, nature protection, sustainable development, framework analysis
Evaluation scale of breaststroke swimming technique
Hošek, Martin ; Svobodová, Irena (advisor) ; Janošková, Hana (referee)
The objective of this bachelor thesis is to create a rating scale the would be convenient for the evaluation of the swimming breaststroke technique of the students of physical education. The premise of the thesis is to specify a model technique, which corresponds to the students and also to formulate criteria for evaluation of the swimming beaststoke technique- The theoretical part of the thesis consists of a closer look at the specification of the model swimming breaststroke technique and possible deviation of this technique. To follow up on this knowledge, a yes/no rating scale is developer, as well as a observing, svaling and a method of quantitative analysis of statistical data is used. Tje final research results revealed deviation from the breaststroke technique mostly in breathing movements of arms, the body posture, movemnts of legs and coordination of breathing together with arm movements
Dispositive principle in contentious and non-contentious proceedings
Hošek, Martin ; Macková, Alena (advisor) ; Frintová, Dita (referee)
Dispositive principle in contentious and non-contentious proceedings Abstract This rigorous thesis is focused on the dispositive principle and its aplication in contentious and non-contentious proceedings. The dispositive principle is one of the main principles which constitute civil proceedings, contentious proceedings in particular. The aim of the dispositive principle is to establish who decides whether a proceeding is to be initiated, what is the subject of the proceeding and who has an influence on its course. The first chapter is related to civil procedure in general and its historic development since the ancient Rome until today. The other part of the chapter contains general definition of all types of civil procedure. The second chapter deals with civil trial proceedings. The first part is focused on contentious proceedings which are formed by the dispositive principle. On the contrary, non- contentious proceedings, which are the subject of the next part of the chapter, are formed by the principle of officiality. Nevertheless, the dispositive principle also applies in non- contentious proceedings. The author focuses on the main principles which form both proceedings. The author also describes how they proceed. The third chapter is dedicated to the dispositive principle in general. The author also...
Vliv chemické meliorace na půdní prostředí v kořenové zóně smrku ztepilého v oblasti Nízkého Jeseníku

The influence of applied fertilizers on the selected pedochemical characteristics in the root zone of Norway spruce (Picea Abies /L./ Karsten) were observed in the selected natural forest region (NFR 29). Two research areas were established, divided to single plots and they were consisted of young stand of Norway spruce. On each plot, the application of powdered fertilizer from the Silvamix, Silvamix R + stimulator a Silvamix A series, was used. The soil samples from the root zone of the spruce were collected regularly. The influence of the fertilizers on the pedochemical characteristics was monitored for two years. From the measurement results is observed, that applied fertilizers affect the soil environment and when properly applied, they can positively influence the pedochemical factors. The effect of the fertilizer is also limited by single ecological site conditions. The biggest influence was observed in the fertilizer Silvamix R + stimulator, which varies the most from the control plot.

The selection of this bachelor thesis is management of supplies in selected company. Main idea of work is to evaluate actual condition of management supplies and suggest strategy for optimalization according to selected analy-sis and calculation of optimal values. Stocks are part of current assets and their management is one of most important question in manufacturing. In first part of theory are focused main ideas about logistics, stock, norms and categories of stocks, warehousing costs and purchase costs. Next part of theo-ry describes ABC analysis and EOQ model. These methods are applied for actual condition of management supplies in selected company. According to calculation of optimal values is suggested strategy for optimalization of actu-al condition of management supplies.
Utilization of hydrogen cyanide as an absorption media for laser spectroscopy
Hošek, Martin ; Řeřucha, Šimon ; Pravdová, Lenka ; Čížek, Martin ; Hrabina, Jan ; Číp, Ondřej
The main goal of our investigation is the use of hydrogen cyanide (concretely isotope H13C14N) as absorption medium for realisation of etalon of optical frequency. The advantage of HCN over typically used acetylene (isotopes 13C2H2 and 12C2H2) is the better availability and also the wider absorption spectrum in the 1550 nm wavelength band (telecommunication band). The hyperfine transitions in HCN were investigated in the 90‘, but because of technological limitations the measured data are not as precise as the data for C2H2. We aim on use of more developed methods (saturated absorption spectroscopy, optical frequency lock, beat-note against the optical frequency comb) for the measurement of more precise data of absorption lines of HCN. Our other goals will be to obtain the data enough precise to allow the use of them in Mise en pratique.
Comparison of quantification strategies in Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy
Hošek, Martin ; Hrdlička, Aleš (referee) ; Prochazka, David (advisor)
The aim of the submitted work is a comparison of methods of quantitative analysis used in laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). The principles of LIBS method are explained at first, followed by a research of the most often used methods of quantitative analysis. The next part provides their description enabling a better comprehension and an eventual use of the methods in practice. Finally, the chosen methods are used to process data from the real experiment and the results are compared.
Social trading from the perspective of soft systems methodology
Hošek, Martin ; Malinová, Ludmila (advisor) ; Sigmund, Tomáš (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with problems in the field of eToro social trading community. The aim is to analyze and outline solutions to specific problems. To solve selected problems, it is used Soft Systems Methodology by Peter Checkland. In the first part, important concepts are theoretically defined as well as a virtual social trading community is defined as a soft system for the purpose of the thesis. The second part describes the Soft Systems Methodology. In the third practical part, two problems of the eToro community are analyzed. The problems were selected by community members with a questionnaire. For each of these problems is performed single iteration of methodology cycle. The final part evaluates the use of methodology in the field of social trading communities in general and describes the advantages and problems of its application.
Legal regulation of specially protected areas in Czech Republic and in the Russian Federation
Borovskaya, Elena ; Stejskal, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Hošek, Michael (referee)
The offered thesis focuses on the legal regulation of specially protected areas in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The author starts with a concise introduction to the issue's background, and then dwells upon constitutional principles for nature conservation, related legislation and a range of categories of specially protected areas in the two countries. The basic legislation concerning specially protected areas in the Czech Republic is the Nature and Landscape Protection Act, while in the Russian Federation that function is played by Specially Protected Natural Areas Act. The thesis includes an analysis of selected legal issues, namely issues related to legal proclamation and cancellation of the status of specially protected areas, special protection regime, state administration functions, implementation of ownership and other rights. The analysis is followed by a comparison of legal regulations concerning specially protected areas and the conclusion where the author summarizes the most...
