Marketing Research of Customers' Satisfaction with the Services of Specific Bases of a Selected Company

Title: Marketing Research of Customers' Satisfaction with the Services of Specific Bases of a Selected Company Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to conduct a marketing research of customers' satisfaction with the services of specific bases of a selected company. Based on the results of the survey, create incentives to improve services, which will contribute to strengthening customer satisfaction with the services of these bases. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative research was used in the diploma thesis. Quantitative research, which focused on client satisfaction with services, was conducted in the form of written and electronic surveys. Qualitative research, which served to deepen the research, was carried out in the form of several semi-structured interviews with employees of the selected company. Results: For clear processing of results, mainly modified classification crosses are used, as well as tables and graphs. A modified version of the differential analysis is also used in the evaluation. The results show that the customers of specific bases of the selected company are relatively satisfied with the services. Spatial and material conditions applicable to physical activities of young adolescents living in Central Bohemia Region The major objective of dissertation thesis was to explore the continuity of spatial and material conditions and affiliation to physical activities of individuals aged 12-15 years, i.e. young adolescents, living in municipalities, around the area of Central Bohemia Region (population 10 000-22 000) and their surroundings. The presented study was conducted predominantly as an empirical association research. The research sample consisted of 2 660 young adolescents living in five muni- cipalities in the area of Central Bohemia Region (Benešov, Beroun, Čelákovice, Kutná Hora, Neratovice) and their close surroundings. However, 2 564 properly completed questionnaires were analyzed. No direct relationship was found between the perceptions of spatial conditions, individual material equipment of young adolescents, and their attendance in physical activities. The correlation between spatial conditions applicable to locomotion activity and between locomotion activity of young adolescents reached r = -0.04. Title: Attitudes and opinions of the adolescents at the age of 15 - 18 to the sport and movement activities Objectives: The establishment and comparaison of the opinions and attitudes to movement activities and sport in teenagers was the main objective of this thesis. PASA questionnaire focused on15 - 18 years old secondary schools students was applied. Methods: A method of the written interviewing using PASA questionnaire was used. This questionnaire was widespread some 15 years ago, yet we made a pre- testing sample and some questions were modified. By means of the PASA questionnaire we asked about opinions and attitudes of the adolescents concerning the movement acitivities and sport in light of the psycho-social, real movement and sport activities, of the exploitation of the available physical education and sport facilities etc. The research was effected at selected secondary schools in the Czech Republic. Results: The obtained data were statistically processed and the results are presented in the aggregate tables stating the statistically significant differencies between sex, age groups. An overview of the programmes supporting physical activity of children at elementary schools in the Czech Republic

Title: An overview of the programmes supporting physical activity of children at elementary schools in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to sum up most of the programmes that strive to improve physical activity of children at elementary schools in the Czech Republic. This overview should help the scholarly public to get to know which programmes are there for the support of physical activity and their subsequent interest in them. Methods: In the first part, the programmes which meet the set requirements, were looked up. Following sources were used to find these programmes: the Internet, websites of the organisations engaged in children sport education, addressing coordinators of the programmes etc. The data in the next part of the thesis were acquired using a form of which participants were the employees connected to those stated programmes. In total, 329 schools were approached and ca. 32 % of questionnaires were returned. Results: Overall, eight programmes were found and seven of them actively engaged in improving physical activity of the children at elementary schools in the Czech Republic. Objectives: The main goal of this work is to verify the level of physical fitness of students 8 to 10 years old at rural and urban school. Methods: The evaluation includes the measurement of physical testing based on the Unifittest set. All date were statistically processed and shown in graphs. Name: The differences between the beginning and experienced teachers at second grade of primary schools and lower school years of grammer school located in Nymburk and Poděbrady. Aims: The bachelor thesis aims to describe the differences of selected concepts (see below) the beginning teachers with the experience not longer than 5 years and the experienced teachers teaching more than 20 years. The question is the following: What are the differences between the beginning teachers and the experienced ones? The particular assumptions were not established because of insufficiently explored theme. Methods: Information included in the practical part of bachelor thesis was based on questionnaire inquiry. The teachers on selected schools located in Nymburk and Poděbrady participated on this inquiry. Title: Problems of Inter-Religious Dialogue in the Field of Sports Objectives: The primary objective of the thesis is to consider the terms olympism, ethics and fair play from various perspectives and subsequently to trace their global aspiration. The subject of the practical part is the analysis of religious dimension of sport and introduction of reality based problems indicated by athletes in terms of acceptance of the "global" ethical regulations. Another point of the thesis is to determine the attitude of the questionnaire respondents (a group of yogis) to the problematics of supporting the transfer of "western" fair play concept into "eastern" civilization and inquire the subject of possibly existing generally valid ethical values. Methods: Theoretical part of the thesis and the first section of the practical part comprises of the topical recherche based on texts analysis and comparison. Second section of the practical part comprehends informations obtained from questionnaires with open questions that are analysed and interpreted. Title: Training of a Show Jumping Pair in a Framework of the Youth Sports Centre of the Czech Equestrian Federation Targets: The presented diploma thesis was targeted at suitability and effectivity of the Youth Sports Centre (YSC) of the Czech Equestrian Federation. I concentrated on searching for the positives and negatives both in the YSC system and training schedules. I believe that any results can contribute to understanding of these organisations function and can lay a new base for further study which will improve the whole system of education. Methods: The first step for familiarising with the problems was an analysis of special literature method usage. It was followed by observing the YSC participants during fulfilling their tasks in individual training camps. In the end, the results of the main competition of the season - the Championship of Children, Juniors and Young Riders - were gathered and assessed. The conclusion was compared and consulted through an interview with a leading trainer of the YSC Roman Drahota. Title of the Paper :Condition analysis for physical training teaching in Vysočina regwn Abstract This Paper ts focused on companson of conditions and possibilities of physical training teaching m Vysočina region at selected primary and secondary schools. Research data was obtained using the inquiry method at primary and secondary schools in eighteen selected towns of the region. The obtained data from twenty seven schools was mutually compared and evaluation of particular indicators was created. The outcome of the Paper is detailed analysis of conditions in particular schools for physical training teaching. The analysis involves among others independent comparison of possibilities of primary and secondary schools, influence of the size of town on the level of the available equipment, comparison of the possibilities with regard to the founder of the school and comparison of the overall level of the facilities and equipment to the republic average. Title: Business plan of establishingt a golf academy Target: The aim of this disertation is to formulate a business plan of establishment of a golf school in Prague-East and compilation of a comprehensive systém of trainings for all age groups and whether it is viable to implement this business plan in practice. Method: There were used the following methods in this thesis: descriptive analysis, Porter's five forces model, PESTEL analysis, competitive analysis, and SWOT analysis. Results: The results of the business plan demonstrate its real use in practice, which is proved and analyzed through the financial analysis of the projected revenues. The location in Říčany is very suitable for this type of business due to the minimal competition in the sector and the constant population growth there.
