Projection and projection-reconstruction x-ray imaging process simulation

The work deals with physical principles of X-ray generation and development of image during projection and projection reconstruction. A proposal of user’s application in a Matlab – Guide is given, which can be used as a laboratory exercise of the simulation of the projection- and projection image reconstruction. The computer program involves an evaluation of a X-ray quality of CT RTG ZS – quantitative assessment of spatial resolution and as well as the acquisition contrast as a function on an object size. The main aim of the work was the comparison of the acquisition contrast at various acquisition projection and projection-reconstruction parameters. Also, the work is illustrated by some results achieved.

In this work is designed hydraulic polyp grapple for handling with wide range of materials. The content of this work is concept of new shaped handling equipment. There is technical processing of parts of the grapple, and calculation. Device is designed as changeable equipment for excavators.

Analysis of sweet peppers of different geographical origin

The diploma thesis is focused on the determination of basic nutritional properties of 26 samples of ground pepper from different countries and evaluates, whether the chemical composition of ground pepper is affected by the geographical origin. The amount of 19 nutritional properties were determined by advanced analytical methodes (ICP-OES, HPLC DAD, HPLC ELSD) together with other laboratory techniques. Final results were statistically processed by the methods of analysis of variance (ANOVA), cluster analysis, principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis (DA). Determination of nitrate in root vegetables

The Bachelor thesis deals with the study of nitrates occuring in different species of root vegetables. The aim is to compare the amount of nitrates in common type of vegetables to bio vegetables. The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis is devoted to root vegetable in general and also to nitrates and their influence to human health and nature. Fertilizers and organic agriculture are also mentioned. The last chapter focuses on the analytical method. The measurrement is carried out by the ion chromatography and the outcome of nitrate concentrations in both types of vegetables is compared and discussed. The results point out higher concentration of nitrates in bio-quality vegetables.

Temperature and humidity influence on insulation resistance of electric motors

The bachelor‘s thesis studies the effects of temperature and relative humidity on the insulation resistance of electric motors and their polarization index. The first chapter describes measuring principle of insulation resistance, measured objects, used measuring instruments and actual environmental conditions. The second chapter defines the basic requirements of insulation systems and there is especially solved evaluation of the measurement of individual parts of motors and calculation of polarization index. Third chapter discusses the influence of temperature and relative humidity on insulation resistance, there are formulated general preconditions and after using climate chamber there are presented measurement results on real motors in the industrial practice.

The object of the bachelor thesis is concerned with elaborating a business plan for purpose of business development. Work is focused on innovation in marketing and supply of goods to customers. In the theoretical part of thesis are given knowledge for creation e- commerce, business plan are described and procedures for project implementation. The object of the practical part is analysis of potential for marketing development and the proposal for e-commerce intended for expansion of the company INTERNOVA - CZ GmbH, spol., s. r.o. The final section presents an analysis of the conditions under which the company can successfully develop.

Financing of a Development Project

This bachelor thesis deals with the financing of a specific housing development project in Šlapanice near Brno, the constuction of which is to begin in the spring of 2021. The work is based on current developments in the real estate market, which was affected by the coronavirus epidemic and considers two possibilities of future market development. The first option assumes a return to the normal situation, while the second option envisages a decline in interest in new buildings and a gradual reduction in sales prices in the coming years. The main goal of the work is to design the course of financing in these situations and evaluate the impact on the economic efficiency of the project. The risk analysis and the method of calculating the net present value will significantly serve this purpose. The output is draft recommendations for the real estate developer, according to which he can proceed in further analysis of the situation and decision-making on project construction. For an unbiased reader, the work will serve as a comprehensive insight into the issue of development projects, enriched by solving a non-standard market situation in current events.

Induction motor powered from inverter

This master’s thesis studies additional losses generated in the induction motor powered from inverter. The first chapter was used for literature search and it mentions valuable publications. The second chapter discusses the different types of losses in the induction motor. The third chapter describes other negative effects on motor caused by inverter, the fourth one defines possible measuring methods, which would lead to the quantification of additional losses. The fifth chapter introduces the electromotor tested as well as the measuring instruments used. The last chapter presents pivotal results of the measurement in the testing room.

Thermal-hydraulic calculation and stress analysis of a heat exchanger

Main object of the work is stress analysis of specific parts of tube and shell heat exchanger by using MKP. Each part is judged by two different computation methods. The method based on computation values and the method nearing real condition of operation of device. To approach real load are in the work made basic heat transfer computations for entire device and for analyzed part are computed boundary conductance by using CFD.
