Expert systems
Veselovský, Michal ; Konečný, Pavel (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
Expert systems (ES) are commercially one of the most succesfull use of artificial intelligence (AI) - since eighties of the 20th century. They are often used in medicine, industry, science, trade, banking etc. Expert system is a software using knowledge of human experts for solving very complicated tasks and problems, which would otherwise require participating or consultation of one or more specialists on these issues. This software simulates decision-making of human expert in solving complicated tasks, and tries to reach the most probable result, ideally same as the expert´s opinion. Typical feature of expert systems, differencing it from usual software, is separating of decision making engine (inference engine) and knowledge base – same expert system with different knowledge base may serve for different purposes. This feature is used for creating empty expert systems – shells. Other features, which may not occur at all ES, are ability to make decision with uncertainty, and ability to explain the decision. Goal of this work is to describe basic principles of ES, using freely available information sources, and then describe and analyze resources for creating of these systems, using mainly information from official web sites.
Control and data structures in programming languages
Janeček, Jan ; Smrž, Jaroslav (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
The essence of this work is to give basic information about the algorithm development and general pieces of knowledge of the structures in programming languages. These pieces of knowledge are specified for selected programming languages, to comparison is performed and application examples based on specific patterns for corresponding language are presented.
Robot path planning by means of particle swarm algorithms
Hrčka, Petr ; Krček, Petr (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
This paper describes robot path planning by means of particle swarm algorithms. The first part describes the PSO algorithm and the approaches to the workspace of the robot for deployment of the PSO. The second part compares various approaches to robot path planning on the created simulation in C# .
Manufacturing possibilities of the clamping ring part
Dvořák, Jiří ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
This bachelor work has been elaborated as a part of my bachelor studies of engineering technology and deals with the problem of choosing an optimal method of producing a particular component part named “Clamping ring”. A fundamental emphasis is placed on the economical aspect of the matter while preserving conditions imposed by the client. The component has originally been manufactured by cutting the intermediate out of a sheet metal using a CO2 laser cutting machine, subsequent lathe work, manual boring and creating a thread. This work offers technological alternatives to the manufacturing of the intermediate as well as the following machining. All options are evaluated with regard to the production expenses and lead to a most economically plausible method of manufacturing the entire component part.
Application of Voronoi Diagrams in Robot Motion Planning
Chaloupka, Luděk ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee) ; Šeda, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of robot motion planning. The motion of dimensionless (i.e. point) robot without any restriction of motion and on the stage with static obstacles (also point) forms the fundamental issue of the thesis. The thesis also contains the implementation of presented algorithm of given level of exercises and definition of appropriate method.
Robot path planning by means of ant systems
Sedlák, Václav ; Krček, Petr (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with robot path planning by means of ant systems. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the path planning of mobile robots and an introduction to ant systems as optimization and path planning tool. The practical part deals with design and program implementation of path planning by ant systems in Borland Delphi 7 environment.
Mobile robot path planning by means of genetic algorithm
Sipták, Petr ; Krček, Petr (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
My thesis deals with the mobile robot path planning by means of genetic algorithms. The first part describes common approaches to the topic and in the second part I describe my own solution using language C# which I conceived as a schematic illustration of how genetic algorithms work.
Sorting Algorithms
Richter, Jan ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee) ; Šeda, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with basic types of sorting algorithms. We are able to divide these algorithms into two groups, which are elementary (direct) sorting algorithms and difficult (optimized) ones. From the group of direct algorithms, the thesis is dedicated to algorithms of direct paste, direct selection, and direct exchange, which could be further divided into bubblesort and shakersort. From the second group of optimized algorithms in the thesis, sorting with miniaturizing of steps (Shellsort) and dividing sorting (Quicksort) are described. In context of these algorithms, I deal with syntaxes and also effectiveness, with which they are able to sort the given system. Criteria of effectiveness are comparison and movement calculations, which are the function of only one parameter – the number of members in the system.
Sorting algorithms
Lýsek, Jiří ; Šeda, Miloš (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with a problem of sorting arrays, which is one of known problems in computer science. It defines concepts of sorting, algorithm and algorithm complexity. It describes sorting algorithms from the easiest ones to the selected more difficult methods. Finally, the algorithms are compared according to number of needed operations and time needed for the whole sorting process.
Family house in Zruč nad Sázavou
Dvořák, Jiří ; Soudek, Pavel (referee) ; Sukopová, Dáša (advisor)
This thesis deals with a new family house in Zruc nad Sazavou. The family house is designed for owners of the design office building with parking. Height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground, the object is in slope. It is a two-story, single-family house for 4-5 persons with garage for two cars. Plan shape is a polygon. The structural system of brick Porotherm bricks, ceiling structures of the panels Spiroll. Foundation strips are made from plain concrete. Flat roof single casing. The property is connected to the construction of winter garden. The project was processed by a computer program ArchiCAD.
