Bakalářská práce, vypracovaná v rámci bakalářského studia oboru B2307 - Strojírenská technologie, řeší problém výběru optimálního způsobu výroby konkrétní součásti s názvem "Svěrací kroužek". Zásadní důraz je kladen na ekonomickou stránku věci, při zachování podmínek předepsaných odběratelem. Součást byla původně vyráběna vypálením polotovaru z tabule plechu laserovým pálícím strojem, následným soustružením a vrtáním a výrobou závitů tradičními způsoby. Tato práce nabízí technologickou alternativu jak výroby polotovaru z plechu, tak následného obrábění. Všechny varianty jsou ekonomicky ohodnoceny a díky tomu bude nalezena ekonomicky nejpřijatelnější varianta výroby celého dílu. This bachelor work has been elaborated as a part of my bachelor studies of engineering technology and deals with the problem of choosing an optimal method of producing a particular component part named “Clamping ring”. A fundamental emphasis is placed on the economical aspect of the matter while preserving conditions imposed by the client. The component has originally been manufactured by cutting the intermediate out of a sheet metal using a CO2 laser cutting machine, subsequent lathe work, manual boring and creating a thread. This work offers technological alternatives to the manufacturing of the intermediate as well as the following machining. All options are evaluated with regard to the production expenses and lead to a most economically plausible method of manufacturing the entire component part.
