Replica of a historical machine gun mount

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis and construction of the Královopolská gun mount replica, which were equipped in selected objects of Czechoslovak border fortifications before the World War II. This work is devoted to the analysis of the original documents for the gun mount, CAD model creation, 3D scanning and modification of scanned polygonal mesh of the heavy machine gun vz.24, which was selected as an example of machine guns mounted in the Královopolská gun mount. This is followed by a virtual compatibility check of the gun mount model with the machine gun model. The production model creation is introduced in next part, using technology with the lowest possible production costs. Complete drawing documentation for the replica production is also part of this bachelor thesis.

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of an IDS/IPS system that addresses security in a home network. The aim of the thesis is to create a device that detects threats and attacks in the network and displays them to the user in a web interface. The entire system runs on a Raspberry Pi device. The core of the application is written in Node.js and uses other software such as ELK Stack, Snort, MySQL.

Helicopter Money and the Propensity to Consume Transfers: The Case of Czech Republic

Jakub Doležal1 1 ) Institute of Economic Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University 50735965@fsv.cuni.cz The thesis discusses the topic of helicopter money - unconventional mon- etary policy aimed at increasing sub-target inflation and reviving GDP growth when the orthodox monetary policy is constrained by the zero lower bound (ZLB) on policy rates. From the perspective of the households, helicopter money transfer is a windfall gain. Part of the transfer - marginal propensity to con- sume (MPC) - is within weeks turned into consumption. MPC directly affects the outcomes of the policy, it is therefore advisable to predict it. The first part of the thesis describes unconventional monetary with special emphasis on helicopter money, quantitative easing and debt monetization. The second part is then devoted to identifying country-level drivers of MPC and subsequently predicting average MPC across Czech households using meta-analytic approach. While controlling for publication bias and performing variables selection through Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (lasso) the model predicts av- erage marginal propensity to consume the transfer ranging from 0.46 to 0.51 during the years of sub-target inflation and under ZLB on policy rates within the Czech economy.

Residential tenancy agreement - Landlord's status and non-mandatory provisions of Czech residential tenancy law

In my thesis "Residential tenancy agreement - Landlord's status and non-mandatory provisions of Czech residential tenancy law" I explore specific institutes of Czech residential tenancy law. I deal with contractual freedom of the parties to arrange their own rights and obligations that may differ from those that are prescribed by the Czech civil code. I also put emphasis on the new legislation that will come into effect in 2014, which is going to substantially change legal relations between lessors and lessees. Starting with basic legal requirements for lease agreement I then describe rights and obligations of the parties that stem from it. At the end I go over legal tenancy agreement termination options. Through the comparison of the law as it is and its impact on real life I attain the aim of my thesis: to show what is problematic in the Czech residential tenancy law.

The screening of dry aerial parts and roots of some species of genus Eschscholtzia (Papaveraceae) (Eschscholzia pulchella, E. californica, E. oregana, E. glauca, E. lobbii) was carried out in term of the effect on erythrocyte AChE with the use of autobiographic method utilizing TLC (colour reaction of 1-naphtol and Fast Blue B). On the basis of this test the species Eschscholzia californica Cham. seemed to be the most inhibitory active. The primary extract was prepared by percolation of dry herb with roots by 95% EtOH (36.54 kg). The extracts of individual types of alkaloids were prepared from the primary extract by sequent procedure. In this diploma thesis only the extract A was partly processed. Some alkaloids were separated in the form of pseudo-cyanides from this extract. The rest of alkaloids from this extract was separated into bases which chlorides are soluble and insoluble in chloroform. Fragments of the mosaic of the society of the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia

This graduation thesis consider The Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia period in socalled political division Sedlčany and in example of this region try sketch large and plastic 398 painting of the society of the Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia. This painting is outline through the multiple-case study, or particular case studies, which objects are concrete social subjects, that lived in this period. These cases are not described only separately. In each of them are observed collective questions, which are compared and summarized at the close. These questions are: question of freedom of each social subject, predestination of his social position and his story in connection with belonging to proffesion, interest, ethnical and other typically and specifically social group, followed by question of universal and partial changes in this period, below continuousness and discontinuousness of the German occupation epoch with previous period. It is connected with the question of specifically living conditions of this epoch. Consequently are observed problems of resistance and collaboration, persecution (not only "Germans" but also "Czechs"), daily life in atmosphere of controlled war economy and ejection of the part of the so-called political division Sedlčany in consequence of foundation of SS military exercising...
