Anthropological Study of Primary School Children and Their Eating Habits

The diploma thesis is focused on snacks of older school-age children. The main goal of this work is to summarize knowledge about school snacks of children of older school age. The partial goals are to evaluate the frequency and nutritional structure of children's snacks, to evaluate the energy balance of snacks of the interviewed children, to evaluate the procedure or course of preparation of children's snacks, to assess the nutritional status of respondents. The work is processed in two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part presents and, above all, summarizes the knowledge about healthy eating of older school- age children. For this reason, the chapters deal with the specifics of eating of this target group, as well as the principles and errors in the nutrition of these children, the importance of the nutrition pyramid for childhood, the eating habits of children of this period. The practical part consists of three parts. The first part is devoted to the composition of school snacks and is examined from the analysis of dietary records that children filled in and were further evaluated. MODIFICATIONS OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW IN RELATION TO THE ACCESSION OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC TO THE EUROPEAN UNION ABSTRACT The accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union was certainly one of the most important moments in the development of Czech legal order. The impact of this step may be seen in every branch of law - including constitutional law. The large number of publications on this issue indicates that the changes of constitutional law are an important issue in the Czech academic society. Yet, the literature is mostly fragmentary and mainly oriented at only some of the problems. This thesis tries to gather all the important changes in the branch of constitutional law, which occurred in relation to the Czech Republic's accession to EU. As the constitutional law is a very broad topic, the focus is laid on its institutional part and on the role of member states (and its institutions) within the EU. This thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters (which are further divided with respect to the single topics), and a final conclusion. This bacherol thesis is devided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The work is focused on public attitudes towards homeless people. The theoretical part deals with the definition of homeless and homelessness, causes of homelessness, its forms. The thesis also deals with homelessness in the Czech Republic, prevention of homelessness, social work with homeless and attitudes towards the homeless. The practical part includes research in the form of questionnaire. This questionnaire was given to students of helping professions. The results of this survey are also stated. Logopedic intervention provided to children in kindergarten for children with hearing impairment

This master's thesis deals with speech-language pathology (SLP) intervention provided in kindergartens to children with hearing impairment. The theoretical part of the thesis acquaints the reader with the topic of hearing problems, hearing compensation possibilities and the most commonly used communication strategies in the educational process of children with hearing problems. Continually, it describes the ontogenetic evolution of speech in children with hearing impairment and its specifics in different speech levels, aquaints with SLP intervention, its structure and organisation in Czech republic and describes frequently occuring types of disrupted communicational abilities in pre-school children. The closure of the theoretical part describes the pre-school education trends when it comes to children with hearing problems. The main goal of the practical part is to map out and comment on the way SLP intervention is provided in pre-schools for children with hearing impairment.
