Eva Čáslavová, CSc. The year of presentation: 2015 Abstract: The thesis is aimed at the problems of sport service validation in the area of fitness. A review of the most used methods for sport service validation was completed. We focused on measurement according to subjective criteria, where the service quality is evaluated by the customers themselves. A practical part is dealt with using cross-cultural validation of the SERVQUAL method (PARASURAMAN, ZEITHAML, BERRY, 1988), originally validated for American customers. Our questionnaire was translated by modified direct translation and, in terms of pilot standardization, was tested on a sample of 46 participants from two fitness centres. A modified Czech version of SERVQUAL questionnaires was the main tool of our data collecting during the market research in six fitness centres chosen randomly with a sum of 697 participants. Presentation of sports in television broadcasting in the Czech Republic

Title: Presentation of sports in television broadcasting in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to measure and compare the airtime devoted to individual sports and sports representations on public and commercial television in the regular, prime-time sports news. The recommendations will be proposed to be used in sports-club marketing, based on the results of observations. Methods: This thesis uses, as a method of observation, the standard sport news shown at prime-time on the TV stations ČT1 and TV Nova. This is the type of indirect observation with the technical devices - USB TV tuner and PC. In terms of content, Berelson's quantitative content analysis will be used, which examines the content of media messages. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on an analysis of documents. Results: The results of observations illustratively show the different approaches between public and commercial television for the inclusion of sport in the broadcasting of regular sports news in prime-time. For both channels, the most popular sports in the sports news are football and ice hockey. In addition, there is a trend of popularity of summer sports, even in the winter time. Title: Marketing Communication of Recently Made Ladies' Eshop Objectives: The main aim of the Dissertation thesis is to create marketing communications for recently made ladies' eshop. This main aim will be reached on the basis of marketing research. Methods: In this thesis I will be use a marketing questionnaire, which will be source for marketing communications for recently made women's eshop Activelady.cz. Results: With the help of marketing research was the properties and behaviour of women's sports were identificated, as well as a new potential women's customers for eshop Activelady.cz. After that on the basis of this anonymous questionnaire were created a few suggestions for marketing communications between eshop and customers. Abstract Title: Typology of Prague Fitness Center's Clients Goals: The main target of thesis is creating specify typology of prague fitness center's clients. Methods: For thesis was used Quantitative marketing research, number of respondent was 1004. In synthetic part, there was applicated latent class analysis. Results: Results from research are presented in the analytical part of the work, verify predetermined hypotheses and are an important source for synthetic part, where we used latent class analysis for individual client's typology. Comparison of the defined subjects in the dance field

Title: Comparison of defined subjects on the dance field Objectives: The main target of this thesis is creation of analyses of two dance groups from Czech Republic, specifically Paul-Dance Jilemnice and Enliven Centre, followed by mutual comparison and creation of set of recommendations to help improve their further work. Methods: In this thesis I used the internal analysis, PEST analysis and comparative analysis, on whose basis I created SWOT analyses of both dance groups, thanks to which I suggested possible recommendations. Results: This thesis brings information about their current situation to both dance groups, points out the shortages and recommends steps for improvement. Both groups have been affected by worldwide economic crisis, which caused not only loss of members, but also loss of sponsors. Moreover, Paul-Dance collects low membership fees, which ensure stable flow of finance to the budget; Enliven Centre does not have all individual age categories filled. Title: Customer satisfaction research for a company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. trough the method of Net Promoter Score. Goals: The ain is to analyze satisfaction and loyalty with company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. and propose measures that would lead to increased satisfaction and loyalty both of the sides - the customer on the one side and company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. on the other. Methods: Satisfaction and loyalty were measured using the Net Promoter Score. It is a tool that allows rapid measurement of customer loyalty. Question: 'How likely is that you recommend us to your friends?" was sent to 400 respondents. This issue was further extended verbal evaluation. Some shortcomings I sought a solution with the product manager of the company. Results: The company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. is broker of insurance for czech insurance company. The result of method Net Promoter Score is hopeful. The customers are very contented with this company and they are loyal. In second part of research the customers warm about some shortcomings. On these shortcomings I was looking for a solution with Product manager of the company. Objective: Analysis of using social network Facebook in Internet Marketing company Počítačová pohotovost s.r.o., evaluation of corporate and client advertising campaigns presented on the social network Facebook. Methods: Qualitative research, analysis using of social networks Results: It was found that company Počítačová pohotovost s.r.o. use social network Facebook as an additional tool of internet marketing. Its use does not meet the full potential that social networks have, and there is space for further improvement. Title: Funding of sport in the Czech Republic and Great Britain Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to summatize the system of funding of sport in the Czech Republic a then to compare it with system in Great Britain. Methods: There was used method of descriptive analysis in this thesis that was used to evaluate the technical literature, Ministry of education, youth and sports materials and other texts regarding to this topic.The second method used was informal interview through electronic mail that was used for recieving informatik about funding system in Great Britain. Results: Result of this thesis is description of sport funding systems in the Czech Republic and Great Britain. Differences and weaknesses of these systems are highlighted in the end of this thesis. The marketing plan for fitness centre Alegria

ABSTARCT Title: The marketing plan for fitness centre Alegria. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor work is creating the marketing plan for the new fitness centre. It will also serve as a real plan for foundation of the fitness centre. The next aim is fading out via the research, which are the basic needs of fitness centre visitors and what could be the biggest threat of concurrency fitness centres. Methods: For getting the basic data was used the method of writing questionnaire, which found out the basic needs of fitness centre visitors in Tábor. The analysis of concurrency was carried out by scoring model and then the single criteria were evaluated. Results: The research via writing questionnaire answered these questions:  When do the clients visit the fitness centre the most often,  Which way of payment do they prefer,  How do they come to the fitness centre,  Which services do they use the most often,  Why do they visit the fitness centre. The analysis of concurrency showed, that the biggest threat for fitness centre Alegria is The Fitness Tábor, thanks to its availability, car parking possibilities and the quality of equipment. Title: Team Communication in Klatovy Hospital. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present opinions of the staff and the manager of the organization on the current state of the communication process. This thesis is focused on the transmission of the information in both horizontal and vertical plane. The next step is to compare the results of the questioning and to point out differences. Used methods: To collect the primary data there was used a method of written questioning of the staff and manager of one firm. For the interpretation of the research results were used standard statistical methods. Results: The outcomes of this thesis are the findings which show the functioning of the communication process in the transmission of information in both horizontal and vertical plane.
