It maps their gradual development and the influences that have affected them. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first theoretical part is focused on the description of the historical context of the development of the nursing profession. In the second, practical part, the thesis is devoted to qualitative research, which was carried out through narrative interviews with a total of six respondents from among graduates of the Secondary School of Nursing in Uherské Hradiště and from among nurses who worked in Strážnice.
Marketing communication of microbreweries in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis deals with the research of marketing communication of microbreweries in the Czech Republic. Beer is a very popular drink in the Czech Republic. The trend setting up new microbreweries in recent years has been increasing, which offer quality beers from the best raw materials and among other things, offer a wide range of beer types. With more than 450 microbreweries on the market, you need to focus on marketing, because every business needs to collect its customers. Every microbrewery communicates with its customers in some other ways. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the ways of communication of individual microbreweries and to suggest possible communication strategies that are suitable for this type of business. The survey was conducted in January 2019 and a questionnaire was used to address 350 microbreweries. 99 completed questionnaires were filled and returned. Based on the answers, statistical calculations were performed to show that more than half of the respondents conducted targeted ad campaigns. Specific recommendations are proposed in accordance with the literature review that was carried out at the beginning of this work.
Women refusing treatment for breast cancer

Breast cancer is most frequent malignant tumour at woman in the Czech republic, annually fall ill across 5000 women and this number has rising tendency over the last years. On the other hand mortality curve on breast cancer hasn't rising tendency. Reasons are two. First is the development method of treatment and their targeted indication so-called tailoring treatment. Second is diagnostics of tumour at initial stadium diseases, it is in phase without clinical symptons. Over those progress we still meet with women, which come to doctor, when she have advanced tumour or with women which refusing oncology treatment and turn to inefficiently methods of alternative medicine. Interviews performed among 85 oncologists and specialists of radiology - mamodiagnostician shown that 71 % of them meet with patient which refusing oncology treatment or its part. In opinion 90% of them, specialists should give greater attention to problems with refusing oncology treatment and questions of inefficiently methods of alternative medicine. In accordance with adressed doctors, improvement of health education of the community about treatment of malignat diseases and about inefficiently methods of alternative medicine, can improve negative picture of oncological treatment and inform the general public on risks connected with using...
Analysis of External Environment in Selected Minibrewery

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the external environment of the chosen microbrewery. The external environment is affected by direct and indirect influences. Among the direct influences belong customers, suppliers and competitors and among the ones belong social, technological, economic and political factors. Analyses, such as SWOT, STEP or Porter are used for the determination of the current state of the business environment. These analyses are applied on the chosen company, which is called the Brewery Malt. The necessary information for this work is obtained directly from the company's management. The collected data from the analyses are evaluated. Finally the strategy from the improvement of the brewery's market current state is suggested.

Customer satisfaction research for a company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. trough the method of Net Promoter Score

Title: Customer satisfaction research for a company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. trough the method of Net Promoter Score. Goals: The ain is to analyze satisfaction and loyalty with company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. and propose measures that would lead to increased satisfaction and loyalty both of the sides - the customer on the one side and company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. on the other. Methods: Satisfaction and loyalty were measured using the Net Promoter Score. It is a tool that allows rapid measurement of customer loyalty. Question: 'How likely is that you recommend us to your friends?" was sent to 400 respondents. This issue was further extended verbal evaluation. Some shortcomings I sought a solution with the product manager of the company. Results: The company ePojisteni.cz s.r.o. is broker of insurance for czech insurance company. The result of method Net Promoter Score is hopeful. The customers are very contented with this company and they are loyal. In second part of research the customers warm about some shortcomings. On these shortcomings I was looking for a solution with Product manager of the company.
