Primární sukcese vrby bílé (Salix alba L.) na Vlčkovém ostrově (PR Věstonická nádrž)
Svobodová, Kateřina
The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the dynamics of natural development of primary succession for the period 2005-2019 (6-20 years old) of white willow (Salix alba L.) on the monitoring area (established in 2005) Vlček Island (PR Věstonice reservoir). The evaluation was performed on the basis of data from previous measurements as well as data from own measurements obtained by the author of this diploma thesis. The primary succession of white willow was evaluated on the basis of: population density, biometric parameters (diameter at breast height, height) and biomass. At the beginning of monitoring, there were 10 020 individuals / ha in the research area, which decreased to 1370 individuals / ha over the years. Values of mean heights in the range of 8.5-19.1 m were found, with a decrease in the last year of research to 18.4 m and mean diameter at breast height of 5.68-19.79 cm. Their average annual increments were 0.9 cm for diameter at breast height and 1.18 m for heights. Furthermore, the total above-ground dry matter and the total standing volume were found. The total aboveground dry matter and stand stock were determined using allometric equations calculated by Chapman-Richardson growth function. The total above-ground dry matter ranged from 89.09-226.41 t / ha with a decrease in the last year to 205.63 t / ha. The total standing volume was in the range of 140.69-409.48 m3 / ha with a decrease in the last year of 384.64 m3 / ha.
Množení okrasných dřevin s využitím mykorhizy
Svobodová, Kateřina
The aim of my thesis was experimental prove of the influence of mycorrhizal product in the production of nursery propagation by herbaceous cuttings. On trial were selected three plant species, Deutzia gracilis 'Nikko', Forsythia x intermedia 'Maluch' and Syringa meyeri 'Palibin'. The experiment was based on two dates, and was conducted of the Institution of cultivation and reproducing of garden plants of Garden faculty of the Mendel University in Lednice. Evaluation was carried out in two variants, after three repetitions. The first variant was a control without mycorrhizal product, the second was supplemented with mycorrhizal fungi. It evaluated the number of roots, number of branched roots, cuttings and mortality rate of colonization. Differences in rooting and branching roots were among species, and between terms. The positive effect of mycorrhizal fungi was at Deutzia gracilis 'Nikko' and Forsythia x intermedia 'Maluch'.
Problematika množení cibulnatých a hlíznatých květin
Svobodová, Kateřina

The history of cultivation and using of bulbs and tuberous plants is there described. There is said a breeding, significant breeding station and breeders bulbs and tuberous plants. The thesis is completed by photos of cultivated bulbs, sketches of development cycle of tulip, lily, daffodil and gladiolus and a tables present the import and export of ornamental plants.
Fragileborn
Svobodová, Kateřina ; Koudelková, Šárka (referee) ; Vlková, Veronika (advisor)
In my bachelor's thesis entitled Fragile I build on my previous series of paintings, which are my emotional conception of subtlety and elementality at the same time. I focus on the representation of another flowing/pulsing place before or after passing through the chamber. This place is understood in a romantic, warm way, at the same time it is a place without memory and snowy. Is it possible to consciously pass through the chamber or to be inevitably drawn in? It is a rendering of external experiences into internal ones and their interstices through a delicately loose (fragile) symbolism and pictorial consideration of what a particular image needs for that soft expression.

Analysis of EMW radiation for sterilization of biotic pests
Danielová, Marie ; Svobodová, Kateřina (referee) ; Holešovský, Jan (advisor)
Biotic pests such as wood-destroying fungi, molds, and wood-destroying insects are not only a problem for old buildings but also for newer buildings. Their occurrence has a negative effect on the physical and mechanical characteristic of building materials. One of the main causes of biotic pests in buildings is moisture. Remediation of objects in terms of moisture and biotic pests is a frequent subject of solution in construction practice. There are many methods used to remove moisture and inactivate biotic pests, and their use depends on the individual requirements of individual objects. In practice, this problem is dealt with by specialized companies using well-known technologies or further participate in their research. One of the methods used for moisture remediation and inactivation of biotic pests is the irradiation of building structures using EMW radiation. Microwave heating used to dry moisture from building materials is one of the most intensive methods for sterilizing biotic pests, and due to its intensity, it is a time and cost-effective method.
