The diploma thesis deals with the design of a suitable online marketing communication of a selected company. The introduction of thesis introduces a theoretical part with the definition of several important terms. Next part is an analysis of the current state consisting in the analysis of the company's environment, marketing and communication mix with a focus on online marketing communication and the realization of marketing research. Based on the previous parts of the thesis will be developed own solutions for suitable online marketing communication of the company.
Proposal of Online Marketing Campaign for a Company Expanding on a Foreign Market

The thesis focuses on the proposal of an online marketing campaign for a company expanding into the Polish market using growth hacking and the PAVORD marketing framework. The theoretical part is devoted to definition of basic concepts in the areas of online marketing, Facebook Ads Manager and advertising campaign reporting. The analytical part is dedicated to the introduction of the project, analysis of the current state, the marketing mix of the company and research on the correlation and causality of selected metrics on the success of advertising posts. The proposal part presents how to use the collected data for campaign proposal, setting up processes for managing and evaluating ad posts trough the growth hacker app.

The diploma thesis deals with marketing communication of a selected company Znovín Znojmo, a.s., which is operating in a scope of business of viticulture and winemaking. The diploma thesis is dived into three parts. The first one is theoretical part, which deals with theoretical findings on the issue, while it forms a theoretical framework for the analytical part. The second one is the analytical part, which describes the current state of the company as well as the marketing communication. The description of the company is accompanied by analyses of an environment and a survey. The third one is the proposal part, which describes proposals created to improve the marketing communication based on outputs of the analytical part.
Creating a Marketing Strategy for a Start-up Company

Master‘s thesis is focused on the development of a marketing strategy for a start-up business. Thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical background of the thesis, which includes all the necessary concepts and methods that have been further used in the thesis. The second part of the thesis is devoted to a brief introduction of the enterprise and an analysis of the current state. The third part focuses on concrete suggestions leading to the development of a marketing strategy. The main objective was to elaborate a suitable marketing strategy that should help to better understand the needs of customers, the market situation and especially the initial development of the enterprise. The sub-objective was to identify and compare the confectioneries in Brno based on the set requirements, which are based on the elements of the 7P marketing mix. The evaluation was based on archival content analysis, whereby a total of ten competing confectioneries were examined, located exclusively in and around the city centre. In the conclusion of the thesis, concrete steps are formulated that will bring us closer to the successful promotion of the newly established enterprise and thus to its initial development.
Proposal of the Company's Marketing Mix

The second part analyses the current situation in the overall business environment. As a result of the research, there is a third part of the diploma thesis suggesting improvements in specific parts of the marketing mix.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction in selected company. The theoretical part contains an explanation of important terms, which will be the basis for the subsequent analytical part. The theoretical part is followed by an analysis of the current situation in selected company. It will contain a description of the external and internal environment of the company, followed by a questionnaire survey and its evaluation. The last part of the thesis will deal with the actual proposals, where a set of measures will be presented that will lead to increased customer satisfaction.

The thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction of the internet shop Nejbaby, s. r. o. The first part explains the theoretical concepts associated with the chosen theme. The second part is devoted to analyses of the external and internal surroundings of the selected enterprise and also includes a marketing research containing data collected via customised questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire assessment, proposals are presented in the last section, aiming to increased customer satisfaction.
The Proposal for the Development of the Product Portfolio of a Company Operating in the Paper Industry

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of strategic management of the company's development with situational evaluation in the area of possibilities of expanding the product portfolio and subsequent proposal of key steps for entering the market with a new product. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the issues of strategic and investment decision-making on product strategy and product development, including a description of selected analytical and evaluation methods. The analytical part of the work focuses on the application of selected methods in a selected context of the business environment in order to identify key factors and evaluate the possibilities for decision-making with respect to the new product strategy. The final part develops the selected variant of product strategy development with an investment assessment of the expansion of a new product line, including recommendations to the company's sales department.
Strategy to Decrease Rate of Procrastination While Using Methods Improving Awareness and Emotional Self-regulation

This diploma thesis is proposing and evaluating a strategy of human resource management in the field of productivity of intellectual workers and students while using insights from scientific research on procrastination and productivity. The suggested strategy implements especially two methods that were found effective for lowering the rate of procrastination in latest scientific studies – the method of awareness and mindfulness and the method of journaling. This diploma thesis includes design and creation of an educational program consisting of video lessons in the field of time-management, techniques of mindfulness and awareness and the method of journaling. Furthermore, it includes running research with a group of students during an exam period, while all participants record information on using the above mentioned methods for the period of 15 days, while the logged information has combined nature between objective information on performance (data on usage of personal computer, data on the amount of work done and time spent on it) and self-evaluation information (subjective evaluation of daily performance and subjective evaluation of perceived daily happiness). This thesis evaluates the suggested strategy on the research sample of 15 university students and is using the methods of input and output questionnaire, same as analysis of the continuous data logged while journaling from the research participants, to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. The goal is to be able to apply this strategy in the business practice in human resource management. Another possible application is also improvement of study productivity of students using self-management techniques.

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of business activities of a franchise of travel agency Invia located in Kuřim close to Brno. In the theoretical part are explained the significant concepts and are defined the analysis, which are going to be subsequently apply. The output of the bachelor thesis is a proposal of a foundation of its own travel agency which will help to extend an offer, to increase competitiveness and also overall profits of the company.
