Education in Inorganic Chemistry in Context of Common Life
Matoušková, Šárka
5 Abstract The objective of this Ph.D. thesis is to contribute to the effectiveness and quality of education of inorganic chemistry in the context of common life. The first chapter characterizes the current state of inorganic chemistry as a science and as a teaching subject. The requirements of the teachers teaching inorganic chemistry in secondary schools were determined by using the method of personal interview in the second chapter. After comparing the school systems in the third chapter and the analysis of selected textbooks used in the Czech Republic and in one of the countries of Germany, the criteria for creating teaching materials for inorganic chemistry were set. A textbook on the topic of the transition metals for secondary school pupils was created by means of a transformation of a scientific text. Finally, the textbook was evaluated by chemistry teachers at secondary schools in the form of a questionnaire survey and adjusted to the final form.

The bachelor thesis deals with problems of transfer competencies by the kindergarten director to deputy director. This area fundamentally differs in every school and it is dependent on the capacity of the number of children in the school or on the ability of the director competencies to delegate in the different extent but even on the assumption of the deputy director to fulfill these transferred competencies. The transfer of authority and participations for the school management by the deputy director should be in an everyday part of the life in the kindergarten. In the introductory are basically defined management functions and more detailed views are focused on competencies in the generally concept and their delegation. The middle part is concentrated on competencies as an essentials element in the kindergarten management. The last part of thesis is a questionnaire survey and an overview of recommended competencies to delegate the kindergarten deputy director, in the conclusion is a list of used literature and appendices of the bachelor thesis.

Analýza pojmu " prostředí domova", "domov" a "prostředí" a jejich sémantické významy. Zkoumání osobních vztahů člověka k prostředí domova. Funkce symbolizace a procesy identifikace v prostředí.
