Part of this work is the analysis of the current state of HKM Zvolen, description of the organization as a whole and in the light of theoretical knowledge proposal innovation and change appropriate for the organization.

This bachelor thesis deals with employment in athletic clubs in Brno. First explains the basic concepts. After the thesis is focused on the specification of individual athletic clubs. There are discussed qualifications for particular positions, as well as financial security professional athletes and coaches in clubs. This part is followed guestionnaire survey and its evaluation. In the last part of the thesis, suggestions for improvement in employment and quality of work through continuing education of sports clubs.

Monitoring of Attendence at Physical Activities and Sport among Selected Group of Inhabitans

This bachelor's thesis is concentrating on the physical activities of ninth grade primary school pupils and their effect on human health in the next development stages. In the first part I state the theoretical starting points, which are linked to this particular issue. The second part I devote to the monitoring and results gained on the basis of personal questionnaires from several primary schools in the South-moravian region. The results are then interpreted to prepare a proposal for better lifestyle quality of young people with the aid of physical activities.
Monitoring of the quality of body posture and of the relation between body posture and physical fitness at young school-age children

Title: Monitoring of the quality of body posture and of the relation between body posture and physical fitness at young school-age children Objective: The main goal of the work is to determine the quality of body posture and to find out the relation between posture and individual components of physical fitness and between posture and leisure time regime at a selected group of children of young school-age children Methods: The research group consisted of 147 children, 77 boys and 70 girls from 1st to 3rd grades aged 6.3 to 9.7 years. To evaluation of posture has been performed by the Matthias test, which has been modified tor the purpose of this thesis. This modified test was verified in a pilot study. The assessment of physical fitness was based on a UNIFITTEST 6-60 test battery, also the values of somatic features were measured. The test battery was supplemented by a test of maximum reach while sitting bended. To determine the volume of physical activities, a questionnaire was used, resp. the survey, which was completed by parents, due to the age of the children. Dissertation title: Dancing and movement programme for seniors with specific needs. Dissertation objectives: The aim of the Dissertation is A) within the framework of a prospective study, to assess the dancing therapy influence on mobility, self-sufficiency, cognitive state, consumption of psycho-pharmaceutical drugs, depressiveness and quality of life of seniors in institutions. If a significant positive effect is proven, then B) to create an easy-to-implement dancing and movement programme for seniors in institutions with a special regard to seniors suffering of dementia and wheelchair-bound seniors who account for 60%-70% of inhabitants of old people's homes. Besides this, also to verify its efficiency on the health condition of seniors, improvement of quality of life, reduction of healthcare consumption, as well as on improvement of communication between clients and treatment staff. Title: Effects of the power yoga exercise program on selected parameters of postural stability in students of the Faculty of Science of the Charles University in Prague. Objectives: The aim of the study was to analyze the effects of the power yoga intervention program on selected parameters of postural stability and to identify potential differences between the experimental and the control groups. Methods: The three-month intervention program was implemented within Physical Education subject curriculum MS730C at the Department of Physical Education of the Faculty of Science of the Charles University in Prague. The research sample consisted of 80 students of the second year of the Faculty of Science, who were assigned by drawing lots into the experimental and the control groups. Changes of the selected parameters of postural stability were assessed before and after the three-month intervention program. Measurements of the postural stability level were performed using selected tests in the Laboratory of Sport Motor Skills of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of the Charles University in Prague. Title: The Gymnastics objects analysis in preparation of physical education teachers with focus on Artistic gymnastics. Thesis objective This thesis was aimed to determine the content of Artistic gymnastics as a part of physical education teaching study programme. To achieve the primary objective two other sub-objectives were established. These were examined in two research phases: 1. the school documentation analysis in respect of: a) objectives, results and contents of Artistic gymnastics study plans b) distribution of individual Gymnastics objects (Artistic gymnastics in particular) and their frequency in a lesson plan 2. to learn and define requirements posed upon the personality of a high school physical education teacher. Methods The research continued in two phases. The first phase was to analyse the school documentation and explore the focus on contents of Artistic gymnastics study plans, its range and required results. To find the answer on relevance and necessity of particular competences of Artistic gymnastics graduates the repertory grid method was used in the second phase of research. Barriers of hypokinetic adolecents to active lifestyle

Title: Barriers of hypokinetic adolecents to active lifestyle The dissertation addresses the issue of physical activity among adolescents studying at secondary vocational schools. It focuses on those students who do not meet the minimum recommended number of steps per day, i.e. inactive students. The aim of the study was to clarify the reasons which prevent them from adopting a more active lifestyle. To better understand student responses, we also examined the relationship to school physical education as a school subject that has the potential to positively influence the physical activity habits of youth. Research was carried out on a group of students 15-16 years old at secondary vocational schools (two in Prague, one in the Moravian-Silesian Region). A total of 315 students were studied. A standardized questionnaire was used to obtain information about student opinions on physical education. Sigma Activo fitness bracelets were used to monitor amount of physical activity, and a semi-structured interview was used to determine specific barriers to physical activity. According to our results, 29.5 % of students are inactive, more frequently boys. Overall, these students have a favorable view of physical education.
