PROS AND CONS OF MY EXPERIENCE
Černý, Ondřej ; Sílová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Kudláčková, Jana (referee)
The aim of this work is to describe the most important experiences that influenced my current work at the theater and beyond. It's a look back at ten years of my own practice. Most of this thesis presents my view of the musical, the exercises and techniques that helped me to achieve better results. I refer to the theatre Disk practice, where rather than analyses of individual productions I concern about circumstances that determined their development and the resulting shape. The chapters on black and touring theater mention probably the most cons of the theatre practice, especially unprofessionality I've often met there. I would like to emphasize that all the insights and experiences described here are based purely on my own experiences and ideas with which every reader may not agree. Their infallibility is confutable, but for my future practice in any case indispensable.

At the same time the paper offers the strategy for viral campaign creation, it focuses on viral principles on Facebook, Twitter, and video sharing. The third chapter examines 3 Czech viral campaigns from Aquila, T-Mobile and Fernet Stock. The work is concluded by the two-part research: quantitative (made via questionnaires) and qualitative (focus group). Gustav Schmoranz and his era in National theater
Schmoranzová, Viktorie ; Svobodová, Doubravka (advisor) ; Černý, Ondřej (referee)
My thesis focuses on the first six years of Gustav Schmoranz as the director of National Theater. Overall, the typical intellectual of the turn of the 20th century stayed in the office for 22 years, an extraordinary long term for the period. I have tried to pin down most important instants of the early stages of his career in the position, and, at the same time, to embed it into the period context, the political and cultural atmosphere of Prague at the time. I also tried to describe circumstances that led to the birth of the first significant stage directorial era of the National Theater, represented by Jaroslav Kvapil, and difficulties that went along with establishing and separation of the two still most representative institutions of Czech music ? Opera NT and Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. It goes without saying, that I have also paid attention to all functional implications of the period theater management.
BPEL
Černý, Ondřej ; Selčan, Vladimír (advisor) ; Buchalcevová, Alena (referee)
The thesis is dealt with the question of Business Process Execution Language. First of all, the work is focused on two main approaches which make use of the BPEL language. It concerns the approach to both service oriented architecture (SOA) and Business Process Management. The thesis subsequently defines and shows the features of SAO and BPM and determines the key role of BPEL in SOA and BPM. The important part describes alignment of SOA and BPM which shows individual problems of alignment of both approaches by the help of BPEL language. Furthermore it shows the difference between business and IT, which is necessary to overcome. After the two basic trends, that use BPEL language, are introduced the work attends directly to the BPEL language. After the basic characteristics are explained, BPEL language is defined and filed into history. A short paragraph is devoted to BPEL engine, which performs the executable business processes. Consequently the important elements of BPEL language and life-cycle of BPEL process are described. The second part of the thesis is concluded by disadvantages of BPEL language. The last part aims to compare selected tools for the use of BPEL language on the basis of their features defined by criteria. As firstly showed in appendix, there is a possibility to transfer business process from a model to an executable form. Furthermore there are also examples of practical BPEL language usage for service orchestration and for complete usage of the BPM life-cycle.
