The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the information system in Woodensky SK and the proposal for its efficiency improvement. The theoretical part is focused on definition of basic terms and description of selected analytical methods. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of society and the analysis of its information system Oberon. Subsequently, the thesis proposes changes and procedures to solve them, which should improve the current state of the information system.

Further it brings opportunities and suggestions of changes, applying which might potentially lead to improvements in the efficiency and safety of this Information System. Using the information defined in theoretical part of this thesis - which in greater depth explicates this particular issue, we analyse the current state of the organisation, as well as the information system ascAgenda. These analyzes exposed shortcomings of the system, based on which I designed my own suggestions for solutions

Bachelor’s thesis deals with analysis of information system and suggestions for improving it in the company Gymnazium, Olomoucky kraj, statutarni mesto which is one of the biggest school in region. These suggestions should increase the efficiencyand improve work with company’s information system. The first part of the thesis contains the description of theoretical background which relates to problematic of information systems. Second part contains description and analysis of the company. Practical part is focused on proposal of solution for more effective information system usage.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the information system in XCR Svorada s.r.o. and a subsequent proposal for amendments. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background needed to understand the issue. Furthermore, the analysis of the company, its internal and external environment, the analysis of the information system used and in the last part of the proposal changes for improving, streamlining and simplifying the work with the information system.

Diploma thesis is focused on creating suitable marketing strategy for the firm of KOMÁNEK, s.r.o. based on external and internal environment analysis and own research. Thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part there is summarized existing theoretical knowledge so far and basic concepts of marketing. In the second part there is a description of the firm KOMÁNEK, s.r.o. and analysis of its external and internal environment using PESTE and SWOT analysis. At the end there are suggestions of marketing strategy based on the results.

Business Plan

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic and applicable business plan for a new business – a forest nursery. The diploma work is divided into four main parts. Part one describes the objective and methodology of work. Followed by the second part, a theoretical one, in which the theoretical knowledge and the starting point needed to create the business plan are described and explained. In the third part, I analysed, with help of the theoretical knowledge, the current market situation and the internal and external business environment. The last part includes suggestions for the business plan and is closed with a final summary and recommendations, which should contribute to the establishment and to the further development of the firm in the future.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with an analysis of the information system and proposal of its changes for a company operating in the cement and mineral industry. This company develops and manufactures equipment for sampling, transport and analysis of the chemical content of powder material. The proposed changes will contribute particularly to improvement of the intercompany processes, streamlining of project planning and to more transparent planning of project in all phases – engineering, sourcing, production and logistics.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of an information system keeping attendance of the employees of the ČEZ a. s. company at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Station and offers proposals for its improvement. The first part of the work defines the basic terminology and the theoretical basis for further use. The second part includes an analysis of the current state of the system for substitution of workers and the last one proposes areas for improvement and elimination of risks and assesses the economical aspect of these proposals.

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the information system of the debt collection agency and the proposed changes in order to speed up and make the system more efficient based on the user’s requirements. The emphasis is on identifying problems through analyzes and suggesting the necessary changes in problematic processes. By automating the above processes in the information system, the risk of error is eliminated and a wider range of functions and outputs is provided to help the agency improve its efficiency.

This bachelor thesis is focused on assessment of an information system of Faculty Hospital Brno and its partial processes. It also includes a closer look at the current state of the hospital itself, which is based on the analysis used. Based on the theoretical background, the analysis of the current state of the hospital and its information system is carried out. Based on the findings, a solution is proposed that aims to improve the subsegment of the information system and its processes, thus achieving greater efficiency.
