The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the information system of the debt collection agency and the proposed changes in order to speed up and make the system more efficient based on the user’s requirements. The emphasis is on identifying problems through analyzes and suggesting the necessary changes in problematic processes. By automating the above processes in the information system, the risk of error is eliminated and a wider range of functions and outputs is provided to help the agency improve its efficiency.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of an automatic trading system for trading on the market of selected commodities, constructed with the help of technical indicators. It also includes system optimization using genetic algorithms to maximize profit and stability. Finally, an economic evaluation of the achieved results is prepared.
