Employee Satisfaction and the Wage System of the Company

This bachelor thesis deals with satisfaction of employee and wage system in the company. Employee satisfaction is a highly discussed topic these days due to the low unemployment rate. The fluctuation of employees makes companies to focus on satisfaction of their employees very thoroughly because the employees leave means increases the costs of company. This work is focused on the issue of the wage system and the management of human resources, which is related to the motivation, stimulation and satisfaction of the employees. The remuneration system is analyzed in the chosen company. The main purpose is to evaluate the connection between the employee satisfaction and the applied wage system in the chosen company. The evaluation is done through a questionnaire survey. Based on the found data, measures are proposed to improve the current situation in the company.

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and the proposal of changes in the motivation system and the remuneration system in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis contains an explanation of the basic terms in this issue. A company is introduced in the following part, in which the current state of the company is analysed by a questionnaire survey. Following the results of the questionnaire survey, at the end of the thesis there will be presented proposals and recommendations which could help to improve the current situation.

The thesis investigates and evaluates motivation factors of employees. Its theoretical part ushers to development and trends in the area of employee motivation and leadership. The practical part introduces the trading company, empirical research method, and outcomes of questionnaire survey mapping motivation among employees of different departments. Outcomes gained are mirrored against theoretical background. The thesis outcome brings recommendations and implementation plan suggestion reflecting future company development. Motivation plan and its monitoring are included.

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the Analysis of the Remuneration System and Motivation in a specific company. The main objectives are to analyze the current system of the remuneration and working motivation in the XYZ company, identifying its strengths and weaknesses and recommendations for improving the functioning of the already established system. The beginning of the theoretical part focuses on key concepts related to work motivation and basic motivation factors. The second part is about the system of remuneration. Finally, there is an evaluation system of employees. The practical part is based on internal company documents, a questionnaire and a semi structured interview with the manager. I made my own recommendations on the basis of theoretical knowledge and the results of the survey. I examined the question whether the lower categories of employees are properly motivated or fairly rewarded as well as management usually is.
The use of Managerial Accounting tools for reward system and motivation of employees

This diploma thesis focuses on Managerial Accounting and its tools and techniques. The main part of it would serve to review whether theoretical principles of Managerial Accounting are efficiently implemented and whether Key Performance Indicators are properly set to fulfil their essential functions to measure, motivate and manage achievement of performance goals. It further investigates Responsibility Accounting, Performance Management and how they influence and impact the reward system and the motivation of employees. This thesis would provide a general overview related to modern techniques such as Management Control Systems, which are nowadays popularly used to coordinate development of human resources, their motivation, assessment and other factors influencing performance. The practical part of this thesis includes analysis of the remuneration system in concrete company, namely Philip Morris ČR a.s. The last chapter also summarizes strengths and weaknesses of the current system and suggests improvements to influence performance and employees motivation more positively and how to prosper from the application of Managerial Accounting tools.
The Evaluation Process of Employees in the Organizational Body of Funded Organizations

The thesis consists of a case study and focuses on the processes of assessment, training and remuneration of employees in the organizational component of a budgetary organization. The introductory part focuses on the opinion of experts on human resources management with emphasis on the areas studied. Special emphasis is placed on the evaluation process, its methods, evaluation criteria, classification, evaluator's personality and the course of evaluator's meeting with the person who is being assessed. We also focused on training and remuneration - processes following the evaluation. Concerning educational issues, we were interested in the opinions of professionals focusing on identifying the needs of training, its planning and results evaluation. Remuneration was viewed as one of the most effective tools to motivate employees in connection with the transfer of assessment to the remuneration. The application part of the thesis introduces in-depth analysis of the current levels of the evaluation process and the processes connected with it - training and remuneration of employees in the selected organization. The subject of the thesis "The system of remuneration in the chosen company" analyzes the current state of rewards and benefits in the company MARS Svratka as part of its remuneration system. It also defines their role and meaning and at the end it suggests possible recommendations which may lead to higher satisfaction of employees. The theoretical part focuses on findings from literature and it mainly addressed the motivation of employees and their remuneration. The practical part consists of an analysis of the current state of the company on its basis are outlined the results the recommendations for the company.

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.

In accordance with the carried out analysis identifies the deficiencies of current remuneration. On the basis of these shortcomings are proposed meansures to improve the existing system of remuneration of the concrete company.
