Development of fundamental movement skills through games and PA in preschool chldren
Kašparová, Alena ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Panáčková, Michaela (referee)
Characterization work: Fundamental locomotor skills are: walking, running, jumping, crawling and throwing. Their development is influenced primarily by games and movement activities. Control over those skills guarantees proper physical development of children and also make important prerequisites for an adoption of heavier and more complex skills. The levels of fundamental locomotor skills are evaluated by the diagnostic resources. Goal and purpose:I created inspiromat of games and movement activities in my work. These games and movement activities develop and improve fundamental locomotor skills - walking, running, jumping, crawling and throwing. This work inspired me, and also is inspiration for teachers and coaches. There are activities in the inspiromat which develop and improve fundamental locomotor skills of preschoolers. Problem solving: In the kindergarden Sluníčko the authority played games and movement activities with a group of boys and girls in an age of 5-6 years. I suggested, these games and movement activities, I got out of literature, longstanding practice, my ideas and experiences. Based on the observations I made inspiromat in which I included games and physical activities that work with children proved to be most appropriate. Inspiromat is divided in to sections according to the...
Performance prognosis and comparison male and female race performance in long distance Triathlon Ironman Hawaii.
Látová, Lenka ; Kovářová, Lenka (advisor) ; Horčic, Josef (referee)
Title: Performance prognosis and comparison of male and female race performance in long distance Triathlon Ironman Hawaii. Objectives: To analyze male and female performance in each part of triathlon (swim, bike, run) and whole race performance at 1979-2014. To find performance prediction of racers using time series analyses for race Ironman Hawaii in years 2028. It means fiftieth anniversary establishment of the race. Methods: For statistical data processing we shall use time series analysis using SPSS statistic 22 software. We add the final graphs to the historical content and the actual conditions of the race. And then we create the performance prediction in the year 2028 based on the processed data. Results: The swimming part will not significantly improve either men or women in the future. We shall see a slight improvement in the cycling part, as in men and women. In the running section, the performance will improve the most from all the parts of the race . Women will be much closer to the performance of men in the running part. Men finish the swimming part in 2028, in the time of 0:51:00 and women will be around the time 0:54:00 . In the cycling part the times will be around 4:10:00 for men and for women around the times of 4:39:30 . The running part men complete in 2:36:30 and women in...
Comparison of maximum heart Rate while running, on a bycikle ergometer and swimming.
Májková, Tereza ; Radvanský, Jiří (advisor) ; Slabý, Kryštof (referee)
Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on a heart rate, especially its parameters, measurement methods and regulation. Moreover describes maximal heart rate issue. Practical part was performed as an experimental measurement of maximal heart rate level of 40 healthy adult probands (20 men and 20 women) between the ages of twenty and forty. Maximal heart rate was measured by telemetry meter FT4 Polar ® in 3 types of exercise tests - running, ergometer cycling and swimming. Results were statistically processed. Study confirmed significant differences in maximal heart rate during running, ergometer cycling and swimming. Highest heart rate was reached while running for 95% of measured volunteers and the lowest heart rate was reached during swimming for 98% of probands. The objective of this thesis was a comparison of reached heart rates during different exercise tests and highlight the evidence of dissimilar maximal heart rate during different exercises. Commercialisation of sports journalism: image of running in the media
Vrabcová, Tereza ; Němcová Tejkalová, Alice (advisor) ; Trunečka, Ondřej (referee)
The bachelor thesis "Commercialisation of sports journalism: image of running in the media" analyses the changing image of running in chosen Czech media in years 1994, 2004 and 2012. Firstly, it focuses on the general relationship between media and sport, on the sports journalism and a personality of sports journalist. It deals with commercialisation of sport and sports journalism; it also reveals the results from the International Sports Press Survey. The commercialisation is then specifically illustrated on the example of running. It maps its coverage, presentation and purpose of the information. The thesis also search for consequences related to commercialisation of running and tries to find out the extent of influence of media on public interest in running.
Myodynamics of the support phase during different take-off tasks in human locomotion
Hojka, Vladimír ; Jelen, Karel (advisor) ; Otáhal, Jakub (referee) ; Kampmiller, Tomáš (referee)
Title: Myodynamics of the support phase during different take-off tasks in human locomotion Objectives: Six types of take-off movement were analyzed in terms of support limb kinematics, take-off dynamics and muscle activation, in order to identify differences in motor control. Methods: 14 male athletes (22.6 ± 4.4 years; 182.4 ± 5.3 cm; 74.7 ± 6.2 kg) took part in laboratory experiment. Each athlete performed six different take-off movements (running, acceleration - first and second step, long jump take-off, high jump take-off and take-off to the hurdle). System Qualisys was used to analyze kinematics of the support limb. Dynamic of the suport phase was measured with Kistler 9281 EA force- plate. ME6000 apparatus was used to measure the muscle activation. Results were processed and statistically evaluated in Matlab (MathWorks, Inc) environment. Pair ANOVA, T-test and Friedmann test were performed to identify differences between take-off movements. regression analysis was introduced to find the relationship between parameters. Results: Significant differences in take-off dynamics are realized with not so significant differences in kinematic and electromyographic parameters. high jump and long jump take-offs acted most specifically in comparison with other types of take-offs. Two typically...
Financing and Promotion of the Junior Marathon
Kříž, Jan ; Šíma, Jan (advisor) ; Štědroň, Bohumír (referee)
Title: Financing and promotion of the Junior marathon Objectives: This thesis deals with the characteristics of the Junior marathon, its financing and promotion. The aim of the thesis is identification and evaluation of current sources of financing and types of promotion and at the same time suggestion of new ways of financing and promotion. Results: New alternatives and recommendations for effective promotion. Suggestions of other ways of financing. Methods: The main part of information crucial for writing of this thesis was obtained in an interview with a representative of Prague International Marathon, spol. s r.o. There was also a market search carried out. The target group was among high school students participated in a last years Junior Marathon. Key words: Running, sport event, promotion, financing, sponsorship
