Impact of air transport on international trade of the Czech Republic

Following Bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of air transport on international trade of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into four chapters, whereas the first chapter puts the whole topic into historical context by treating of history of air transport in the Czech Republic. Second chapter describes the direct impact of air transport on international trade of the Czech Republic, which consists most of all of carriage of business passangers and cargo. The third chapter is engaged in indirect impact of air transport on international trade of the Czech Republic. The indirect impact is wide, ambiguous, but significant. The last, fourth, chapter treats of certain international organizations covering the air transport. They are important primarily because they create scope of rules and recommendations by which is the international air transport abided.
Working conditions of Czech airlines (ČSA a.s.) personnel

The aim of the thesis is descreption and analysis of legislative regulation of working conditions in Czech republic and its special modification for the work in the air transport industry with practical application of these rules in Czech airlines. It also provides complex information about special atributes of work of air crews and characterizes Czech airlines human resource management.
The position of ČSA on the market of air transport

My bachelor thesis describes the position of ČSA on current market of air transport companies. It defines and reviews the development of this company, the procedure of it's privatization and it indicates the possibilities of future progress. In the first chapter describes history of ČSA, basic informations on air transport in Czech republic and main international institutions in the air transport. The second chapter conserns the informations about business and economic situation of ČSA. The last chapter describes the process of privatization.
Private aviation

The aim of bachelor's thesis is to specify problems which private business aviation has to battle with currently and to offer possible solutions of them. Thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part is stated history of aviation firstly and then all components of aeronautical infrastructure are described. Within the framework of aeronautical infrastructure are firstly described components of regulation system, then thesis deals with analysis of airports, air navigation services and basic principles of operation of air carriers are stated. Practical part of thesis continues with analysis of air carriers but with a focus on private aviation and describes their problems which are further analyzed and possible solutions of them are offered. In the last part of thesis is one of the options of solution described in the practical on an example of a particular firm. The annex refers to charts showing the development of air transport.
The influence of low cost airlines on tourism

In the first chapter is defined the fundamental concept of low cost airlines. Second and third section is dedicaded to history, creation and sequential developement of theese carriers and as well their characteristics. Following part is attended to airline traffic and its importance for tourism. In the last most extensive section, is analysed the influence of airline industry on tousim in the Czech Republic, at firts in general view of low cost carriers and tourism and further is this influence searched and analysed through three concrete airlines and four chosen regions.
The perspectives of air transport between EU member states and North America

The final thesis analyzes the actual situation of air transport in North America and the EU. New Open skies treaty signed by EU and USA (also EU and Canada) is the objective of the final thesis. An other goal is its influence on transatlantic flights. Moreover the final thesis treats of the allocation of the airport's slots and the actual safety situation as well. Finally there is a small part about alternative jet fuels and the perspectives of air freight transport.

Mezi současné trendy ovlivňující charakter letecké výroby ve světě patří sílící konkurenční boj mezi výrobci, rostoucí význam outsourcingu, nárůst poptávky po leteckého dopravě v Číně, stoupající nároky na ekologičnost a efektivnost provozu letounů a vzájemný vliv mezi globalizací a leteckým průmyslem. V práci jsou dále uvedeny základní informace o společnostech Airbus a Embraer, jejich SWOT analýzy a vzájemné srovnání.
Comparision of airlines marketing strategies on the Czech market

This thesis is divided into 5 chapters. In the fist chapter is generally described marketing of services and contemporary situation of air transport on the Czech market. Next chapters discuss the history, SWOT analysis and marketing strategies of low cost carriers, Lufthansa and ČSA. In the last, fifth chapter, is accomplished the comparison of the above-mentioned airlines according to their marketing strategies and Skytrax Research and is forshown the future development.
