Porovnání kvality kolektivního sociálního kapitálu ve vybraných obcích Kraje Vysočina

The thesis deals with comparison of collective social capital quality in selected municipalities in Vysočina region. In the review of literature the core issues of the thesis are presented and in the empirical part the results of questionnaire survey are evaluated by statistical methods. The survey aimed to find out the opinion of respondents on the situation regarding the quality of collective social capital in municipalities Jimramov and Sněžné. Based on the finding of higher quality of collective social capital in Sněžné, the proposals for the practical application of results in both municipalities are formulated.
Evaluation of Trust or Reputation Based on Social Network Analysis

This thesis' goal is to apply the terms trust and reputation from the point of view of artificial intelligence to social network analysis methods. It evaluates current available interactions for a model of trust considering various social networks. A mathematical model of trust for Facebook is designed and described in further parts. This model had been implemented in Python programming language. Experiments regarding this thesis are conducted on a sample amount of Facebook users and furthermore analyzed from the perspective of both artificial intelligence and social psychology.

The goal of this master's thesis is to design and implement agent system for dealing with sportsmen. It will be possible to apply trust and reputation principles on this system. This system is implemented in Jason agent language. Agents there posing as sports club managers. The main target of these managers is to have the maximal profit. The environment of agents is changing by playing the matches between the teams. Players quality evalution follows the played matches. Based on played matches, managers can evaluate the worth of each player and trade them in order to achieve the maximal possible profit. Untrustworthy agents take a place in this system. These agents overvalue their players using inccorect behavior. The experiments will be made within this masters's thesis in order to compare gain of apllication trust and reputation principles.
The specifics of personal selling techniques in retail banking

The aim of this thesis is to look into the specifics of personal selling techniques in retail banking and to support theoretical backround with a survey of customer satisfaction with personal banking advisory services in a selected retail bank. The paper starts with an overview of theoretical background of marketing and personal selling techniques and its use in retail banking. The theoretical part of the thesis then covers practical approaches to marketing research. The practical part of the thesis then aims to look into implementation of theoretical concepts into practice in a selected banking institution. The results of the customer satisfaction survey are also analyzed in this part of the thesis in order to shed some light on the connection between theory and practice. The results of the survey are then interpreted and a number of suggestions is made on the back of the analysis of responses.

This thesis deals with virtual teams, particularly with position of worker within them. Theoretical part studies the characteristics of virtual teams. What is a key component in building the relationships between workers? How do they communicate within the team and solve problems? Practical part includes the results of surveys, conducted by RW3 CultureWizard and Economist Intelligence Unit, which study virtual teams around the world. According to them, virtual team is the part of company's development cycle. The surveys are focused on team members, their concern about teamwork, on their personal opinions. The aim of this thesis is to show, how virtual teams work in company's practice.

The thesis deals with faith, hope and love in Vladimir Boublik's publications, as can be seen from its name. Based on analysis of publications, texts and critique future of mankind, even though Boublik has never worked up this topic. Boublik's life attitude towards Church, his longing for faultless Christianity which particularly by literature, the work tries to show findings concerning his attitude and thoughts in set area as comprehensively as possible. Cardinal virtues are included in his work as principles and signs of Church's and Christians' life, in which centre is Christ, the only virtue of love, still not obvious yet, offers the oportunity of dialoque between Church and world, is also mentioned in the thesis. Just for comparison the thesis brings view of contemporary theology through Benedikt XVI, who handle the subject of faith, hope and love in his encyclics and letters.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation of employees. It mainly focuses on the long-term intrinsic motivation - the engagement and the ways to achieve it. The aim is to investigate the application of these methods at the selected department. In the theoretical part of this thesis we present and explain the basic concepts and principles that lead to better utilization of human potential - most valuable asset of the company. In the second part we research the motivation level of the department by questionnaire examination. Then we present research results and recommendations to streamline the operation of the department.
