Financing SME in the Startup stage by venture capital

Running company is very risky and its beginnings are perhaps the most difficult phase in the life cycle of a company, which in many cases discourages potential entrepreneurs from starting up. Budding entrepreneurs are yet to contend not only with the lack of start-up capital, but also with a lack of knowledge, experience and contacts that support successful business development. One way how to overcome these obstacles is to attend one of the programs of startup accelerators that provide novice entrepreneurs not only with starting capital, but also with experience, knowledge and contacts to entities that may be critical for the successful development of business. This thesis aims to determine the participants' satisfaction with Czech startup accelerator StartupYard and appraise the effectiveness of its functioning.
Accounting, tax, legal and other requirements of dance school project

This bachelor thesis introduces the obligations and requierements of beginning enterpreuners in the art industry. It provides informations about what it takes to run a business, how to correctly choose legal form of business, registration of taxes, how to do accounting and there is also a need to mention other formalities which as a newcomer you should know (concluding of employment, roayalties). It also analyzes New civil code and the Law of business corporations, which have been in effect since 1.1.2014 and fully replaced civil and commercial code, in the area of changes in business. This work is primarly focused on dance business, but it also examines general problems, which beginners-businessmen can face.

The aim of the thesis is to prepare the business plan of café bar located in the centre of Prague. The whole thesis is divided into two parts. The theorethical part defines structure, content and principles of drawing up a business plan. The practical part deals with description of the company, analysis of its environment, determination of conditions of doing business in this specific area and processing of the financial plan. Financial plan is prepared for three scenarios for the period of three years and it consits of particular Profitability Ratios and Investment Evaluation Methods.
Time-café business plan

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for a time-café and evaluate the possibility of establishing and running this in Prague. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part allows the information that starting businessman needs to know and understand in order to create a successful business plan. The practical part is formed in relation to knowledge gained from the previous one and contains the business plan of time-café "Časoprostor". The author discusses the evaluation of this potential enterprise in the market by analyzing its competitors, building up marketing strategy. Also it contains financial plan and evaluation of effectiveness of the project. Conclusion of the thesis determines the plan from the point of realization.

The main goal of this master thesis is to introduce the reader to the "SIESTA café e vino" business plan that will be profitable and attractive when put in place. The thesis is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part presents necessary information for the beginning entrepreneur and describes the structure of the business plan. Practical part is based on the theoretical part and contains actual business plan of the café. It also elaborates analysis of market environment, competitors, customers, financial plan, SWOT analysis and risk analysis. The practical part concludes overall assessment and evaluates real feasibility of this project.

The thesis deals with the issue of startups and methodologies of their development. Main aim is to explain chosen approaches to development of startup, compare them and then retrospectively use them in an e-shop selling clothes, determine mistakes of past development in relation to the methodologies and evaluate their suitability for specific business of specific product (clothes) distribution in the Czech Republic. Another equally important aim is to assess the effectiveness of acquisition and activation of customers of the e-shop using web analytics tools and evaluate behavior of visitors.

The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to search for relevant theoretic information about creating a business plan and organise them so they can be used to construct a detailed business plan focused on a particular business idea. As a part of this Thesis there is also a marketing research and a basic budget plan. This business plan could be used as a base for the project's possible realization and development, as is written in the end of the Thesis.

The aim of this thesis is to verify the feasibility of a cleaning company founded in Prague, which will operate not only in Prague but also in the vicinity of Prague. At the same time making sure that such businesses can be successful. Another objective is to determine the payback period on investment of funds with dynamic and statistical methods for evaluating investments. The overall structure of the work characterize two points. The first theoretical part describes the theoretical methods and procedures for the processing of a business plan, which is then used in the practical part.
Time management (Case Study of an Entrepreneur)

The main goal of this thesis is to investigate the time situation of a particular entrepreneur in individual time stages of his enterprise. At the beginning the topic of time management and other relevant issues are mentioned. These issues were picked in order to help develop one's organization skills. The Theoretical Part introduces the topic of time management and shows tools which can be utilized to boost one's efficiency. Other topics like goal setting, prioritization, stress management and leadership are further discussed in this thesis. Deep quantitative interview with the entrepreneur was chosen to be the main research method. This data is accompanied by the provided documents, information from the company's website and further information the entrepreneur has shared about the company. The results of this case study are compared with the theoretical and practical information in this thesis. This study finds the entrepreneur to be a good example of dealing with time management. The entrepreneur's attitude towards modern technology is also much appreciated as are some of his core principles and values (for ex. not postponing problems). Setting goals and priorities in written form can be mentioned as a recommendation for the entrepreneur. Right kind of delegation on reliable people may also improve the situation (this is already slowly occurring in the firm).
Business Plan – healthy fast food

This Master's Thesis deals with the processing of business plan in the public sector of catering and hospitality. More precisely, it is a fast food offering healthy nutrition products. The business idea was based on the trends of today, which are increasing orientation of consumers to buy food with a verifiable origin and orientation to a healthy lifestyle. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part of an introduction explains the motivation for election of the Thesis topic. The second part summarizes the theoretical knowledge based on academic literature on how to create a business plan, how to choose the legal form of business and legislative requirements in this sector. The third part is a practical part, which describes the actual business plan. There are given partial analysis of the market, as the analysis of competitors, suppliers and customers. It also shows the financial plan that additionally analyzes the numbers of business plan. In the last part of the thesis named the conclusion is evaluated the entire business plan and its feasibility and there is indicated possible use in the future.
