Evaluation of Polymer Separation System Purifier N 1024 device efficiency

In this Diploma Thesis the recycling of the PET bottles in the company PETKA CZ, a.s. is under focus. Thesis describes the Italian technology AMUT designed for physical recycling of the PET bottles. The primary goal is the quality of the final recycled product, PET flakes, particularly in the context of undesirable admixtures such as PVC, other polymers and impurities. Due to the deteriorating quality of the PET flakes the equipment Polymer Separation System Purifier N 1024 has been tested, which had significantly reduced admixtures in PET flakes. As it turned out, the current procedures for solving problems with the PET flakes quality are no longer sufficient.
Musk compounds in water biota

Synthetic musk compounds (MUSK) or synthetic fragrances are organic substances commonly used as fragrant constituents of perfumes, detergents, cosmetics and personal care products. These compounds are discharged after use via domestic wastewater and sewage treatment plants to the aquatic environment. The result is accumulation in the environment and occurrence in a food chain especially of aquatic and marine ecosystems. Synthetic musk compounds are also found in surface water, fish tissues and also in body fluid (blood, urine, milk) and tissues of human body. Quantitative detection and studying properties of these compounds is an important activity because we have low knowledge about their fate in the environment (persistence, bioaccumulation) and toxicity. This diploma thesis is focused on three commonly used synthetic fragrances – tonalide, musk ketone and musk xylene. The base of this study was to perform a method optimisation for the determination of selected compounds in water and water biota (fish). The aim was determination of selected musk compounds in real samples (water, fish) and evaluation of the results. Pressurized solvent extraction (PSE) for fish samples and solid phase microextraction (SPME) for water samples were used for isolation of analytes from samples. The identification and quantification of analytes was carried out by high resolution gas chromatography – mass spectrometry.
Formation of microsuspension by perikinetic and orthokinetic koagulation

This diploma thesis is focused on study of physico-chemical influences on model surface-water treatment which contain humic compounds. From those factors were monitored especially the dose of destabilizing reagent, pH value, temperature, velocity gradient of mixing and time of its duration. As destabilizing reagents were used Al2(SO4)3 .18H2O a Fe2(SO4)3 . 9H2O.

The scope of this bachelor work is to give the basic information and explain the functionality of particular harvester thresher mechanism and confront their synthesis and product mix from different producers. The agricultural engineering sale is large and that is why the first step of the usage will be the company literature and then professional magazines will be given. This work is mainly made through the use of visual documentation, which afford explanation of existing mechanics principle, their particular structural design and summary of producers. Then there will be mentioned their percent sales representation and the confrontation according to the efficiency classes. The attention will be first of all paid to the best in this field, for example to the companies, which are engaged in picking engineering production for cereals, as are for example companies Claas, Fendt. Case IH or New Holland.
Separation of rigid particles from heterogeneous suspension

The bachelor thesis contains a literature search dealing with the separation of solid particles from a heterogenic suspension. The first part is aimed at separation methods. Then, a chapter follows dealing with separation devices, which are used in waste water treatment plants. A more detailed description of the separator used for the separation of sand from waste waters is part of this paper. The described device serving to separate solid particles from a suspension uses the combination of sedimentation and separation methods. To visualize the separator a 3D model in Autodesk Inventor Professional 9 device was used in the presented paper.

Posouzení efektivnosti vyšších úrovní třídění odpadu

Obsahem zprávy jsou výsledky dvou dílčích cílů projektu Studie nakládání s odpady na municipální úrovni využívaných v současnosti v rámci ČR a Přehled teoretických variant systémů nakládání s odpady pro konkrétní specifické podmínky typových kategorií obcí. Jedná se o podkladové materiály pro řešení celého projektu, které vymezují jednotlivé komodity, shrnují údaje o produkci odpadů a popisují způsoby nakládání s nimi. Jsou popsány systémy třídění odpadů, zpracování separovaných odpadů. Jsou uvedeny příklady z České republiky i zahraničí. Jsou uvedeny varianty systémů třídění odpadů pro větší města a malé obce.
Nastavení technických parametrů a revize rozmístění zařízení na dotřiďování odpadu s ohledem na efektivitu materiálového využití odpadu

Studie se zabývá zařízeními, která jsou určena k dotřídění a další úpravě odděleně sebraných komunálních odpadů. Jedná se o dotřiďovací linky pro odpadové komodity papír, plasty, nápojové kartony a sklo, odděleně sbírané především v rámci komunálních systémů nakládání s odpady. Studie mapuje rozmístění stávajících a plánovacích kapacit zařízení na dotřiďování odpadů, trendy provozu a výstavby těchto zařízení. Navrhuje rozvoj a technologickou modernizaci zařízení se zaměřením na kvalitu a odbyt výstupních surovin. Součástí studie jsou mapové výstupy umístění zařízení a návrh modelového řešení lokalizace zařízení.
