Title: Motor skills and obesity in children Objectives: The aim of this work is to gain theoretical knowledge about obesity, physical activities and to show positive impact of physical activities on children's weight. Consequently thanks to this gained knowledge create a physical program for a kid with obesity which will result into loss of weight of the kid with obesity. Hypotheses: 1. Not regulating gain of energy with spending of energy will result into gain of weight. 2. Under influnce of physical aktivity there is a positive gain of weight of a person. Methods: Information, data and findings of chosen issue were found with the help of recherche of specialised literature of czech and foreign publications according to key word in the title and in the text. Further information were gained from specialised articles, internet sources and other available publication. One of the criterion of that was also the author's expertness of the subject. Another included criterion was obesity, prevention of obesity and physical of children, on the other hand, the adults obesity wasn't included. This work was created based on the analysis and comparisson of collected data, which were apllied in the creation of the program for a obese kid. Keywords: obesity, overweight, children, physical activity, motor skill,...

Title: Specific exercise program (HIIT) and its influence on body composition in men and women. Objective: The main objective of the study was to analyze changes of body composition in men and women, who completed a three-month exercise program. Methods: The work has the character of an empirical research, where the main method is observation. At the beginning of the research, the group consisted of 15 men and 15 women. The research was completed by 11 men and 11 women. The observed group were attending lessons based on HIIT method in fitness center Balance Club Brumlovka. For the input and output data (body height, body weight and parametres of body composition) were used a digital altimeter and bioelectrical impedance InBody 770. The resulting values were assessed using a paired t-test (statistical significance) and Cohen-d (substantive significance). Results: The result of the study is that during the specific three-month exercise program occured differences in anthropometric parameters (body weight) and parameters of body composition. The most significant differences in both men and women were the decrease of average weight (kg), the decrease of total body fat (%) and the increase of total body water (%) and fat free mass (kg). Key words: Anthropometry, body composition, bioelectric impedance,...

The thesis consolidates results of our observations, observations by teachers and parents throughout the school year, interviews with children, expert analysis of videos, discussion with experts in pedagogy and child's psychology. The results ascertain that our music-based physical educational...
Design and verification of the intervention yoga program for children of the 5th grade of primary school
KLIMEŠOVÁ, Eva
This bachelor thesis in the theoretical part deals generally with yoga itself, further with the yogic exercises that we can practice with children. The next chapter in this work describes children themselves and how they should ideally evolve in different directions. The last chapter of the theoretical part consists of an interventional movement program. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to verify whether yoga can influence the dexterity of children. The practical part was carried out on the pupils of the fifth grade of primary school. The program lasted 12 weeks and included 12 children. At the beginning, in its course and at the end of the program we made measurements in the form of Lüscher's test, Standing Stork test and Thomayer's test. Based on the findings and the results of the participants I concluded that yoga can really affect not only the dexterity of children, but also their mental state. All the children in the experiment group were able to complete the Thomayer´s test successfully after the 9th lesson. In the Standing Stork test the children managed to extend their performance for over as many as 20 seconds during the whole yoga program. Four of the participants even succeeded in standing in the position for the whole minute, after which the test was ended.
