A Container for Migratating Software Components Running on Android OS

This diploma thesis deals with creating a container for the migration components that are used on the Android operating system, how they operate and distribute, the life cycle of the container, and the ability to customize other components for this container. The work deals with the analysis of the Android operating system, existing solutions, the design of the own container and the way of distributing the components on the devices where the container is used. The next section describes the implementation of the server component that distributes components. It also deals with the implementation of container-containing library and a sample application that illustrates how it is possible to link all these elements together.
Online Tool for Tracking Progress on Issues

This thesis focuses on the design and development of the web application. The aim of this application is to track progress in various fields, which can cause productivity increasing. This thesis also describes approaches to web applications development, user interface design and implementation of this application using Django framework. In practise the application should enable its users to effectively track progress within a group of co-workers.
Application for Team Collaboration

This thesis deals with solving the problems of simplification of team collaboration, which relates to the communication among the team members and project planning, tasks and possible events, which are related to the projects. Based on a research and personal experience, a web application was designed, whose main advantages was simplicity in use, integration of already existing and frequently used applications and making the team communication easier. The first part of the thesis describes a design of the web application, the second part includes implementation and testing details.
Support for Organization of Festival Contests

This bachelor thesis is focused on making supporting information system for organization of contests on Animefest festival. It is a web application based on framework Django written in Python language. The system will replace the current web solution and will have new functionalities. For system administrator it provides the creationg and managing new contests and also for managing entries. Contestants will have the possibility to register to the contest and manage their entries.
Mobile System for Text Recognition on iOS

This thesis describes a development of a modern client-server application for text recognition on iOS platform. The reader is acquainted with common principles of a client-server model, including its known architecture styles, and with a distribution of logical layers between both sides of the model. After that the thesis depicts current trends and examples of suitable technologies for creating an application programming interface of a web server. Possible ways of text recognition on the server side are discussed as well. In context of a client side, the thesis provides an insight into iOS platform and a few important concepts in iOS application development. Following implementation of the server side is stressed to be reusable as much as possible for different kinds of use cases. Last but not least, the thesis provides a simple iOS framework for a direct communication with the recognition server. Finally, an application for evaluation of food ingredients from a packaging material is implemented as an example of usage.

This bachelor thesis deals with advanced methods for error recovery during bottom-up parsing. It describes and compares methods with the modified grammar FUN. It creates a web-based interface, Project Alan, where chosen methods are implemented for the simulation of error recovery process. The author also added her own method and she compared it with others.
Django framework based web application for objective analysis of hypokinetic dysarthria

This master´s thesis deals with the calculation of parameters that would be able to differentiate healthy speech and speech impaired by hypokinetic dysarthria. There was staged hypokinetic dysarthria, which is a motoric disorder of speech and vocal tract. Were studied speech signal processing methods. Further parameters were studied, which could well differentiate healthy and diseased speech. Subsequently, these parameters were programmed in Python programming language. The next step was to create a web application in Django framework, which is used for the analysis of the dyzartic speech.

This work is studying the structure and means of retrieving information about scientific documents. It also describes the final application and rates it based on results of testing.
Enhanced Package Repository Management for Fedora Linux

This thesis deals with optimalisation of creating and updating package repositories of linux distribution Fedora. Problem is solved by creating a remote cache containing checksums of RPM files and by modifying createrepo to make it access this cache. Communication is done using XML-RPC protocol.

Following chapters describe implementation of an information system that uses this technology especially for making the stats about particular users and allows checking of rules and data limits determined in ofeered tarifes.
