The development of the export support policy in the Czech republic since 1993

This thesis is focused on the development of the support of exports in the Czech republic. The Czech republic is a relatively small country which means it needs international trade to be able to satisfy domestic demand because of the lack of resources. In the early 90's the Czech republic was a transforming economy with no measures of export support. Because the czech exporters needed the public support to succeed on foreign markets, all the financial and non-financial measures of the export support had to be implemented from the beginning. To support the export, the country concluded contracts about trade liberalisation, provided information and assistance services for exporters and provided also financial and insurance services with the state assistance. The thesis is divided into several parts according to the periods of implementation of the export support. In the first two periods till 2002 there was not a unified system of providing the export support, the state institutions did not cooperate enough and the whole support system has been developing till the present. Since 2003 the Czech republic has had a conception of the export support that stipulates conditions of functioning of the export support system and it includes the ways how to improve this system.

Aspects of Mental and Social Health of Adolescent in Relation to the Circadian rhythm.

This thesis deals with the mental and social health of adolescents in relation to their circadian rhythm. The theoretical part is focused on the fundamental insight into the problems of mental and social health, the definition and characterization of adolescence, the idea of circadian rhythms and sleep hygiene is also included. As for the research section, the default file survey was formed by 300 adolescents aged 15-18 years from secondary schools in České Budějovice in proportion of 150 girls and 150 boys. The average age of respondents was 16 years. Data were obtained under the project No. GAJU 101/2011/S "psychosocial and somatic parameters in comparison to the circadian rhythm" during the period September 2011 - March 2012. The method of research questions was formed by the selection of 2 standardized questionnaires. The questions of the concept of social quality of life questionnaire, Cummins (1997), ComQoL - S5 which was translated and adapted for the conditions of the Czech Republic. The issues related to the circadian rhythms are selected from the circadian typology questionnaire, CIT (Harada, Krejci, 2010). The data obtained were analyzed by using basic statistical methods and calculations.

The role of social worker in the integration of the recognised refugees

V úvodu své diplomové práce jsem si dala za cíl zmapovat situaci na poli integrace a zjistit do jaké míry je integrace úspěšná z pohledu azylanta a z pohledu sociálního pracovníka a jakou roli sociální pracovník hraje při integraci azylantů. Vzhledem ke zjištěním poznatků lze konstatovat, že koncepce integrace azylantů (v oblasti bydlení, výuky českého jazyka a zaměstnání) se stala nedílnou součástí české legislativy. Každoroční usnesení vlády ČR, týkající se integrace azylantů, jsou dokladem toho, že Česká republika má zájem o úspěšnou a komplexní integraci azylantů a snaží se vytvářet i patřičné podmínky pro tuto integraci. Stávající model integrace azylantů má dobrý základ a nové alternativy tohoto modelu přináší další zlepšení podmínek pro integraci, avšak realizace této koncepce v praxi je neuspokojivá. Příkladem této neuspokojivé situace je státní integrační program v oblasti bydlení, který teoreticky nabízí tři varianty zajištění integračních bytů pro azylanty, v praxi však jsou realizovatelné pouze varianty I a II. Z těchto dvou realizovatelných variant se pak varianta II, která vznikla jako alternativa pro variantu I, setkala s velmi malým zájmem ze strany azylantů a vlastníků bytů a to sice z důvodů administrativní náročnosti. V úvodu i dále v textu zmiňuji, že východiskem mé práce, jedním ze základních kritérií pro vytvoření výběrového souboru je kontext hodnotových orientací, a právě z tohoto důvodu uvádím teoretickou část své práce krátkým představením pojmů, jež mají zásadní postavení v sociologické teorii i empirickém výzkumu. Pojem hodnoty má svůj původ v oblasti ekonomie resp. filosofie; jakožto k základní sociologické kategorii se k hodnotě již od jejího vzniku váže mnoho různých významů a interpretací. "Podle Clyda K. M. Kluckhohna ( 1951) je hodnota explicitní nebo implicitní pojetí o tom, co je žádoucí, pojetí příznačné pro jednotlivce i pro skupinu, ovlivňující výběr přístupných prostředků a cílů jednání." (Velký sociologický slovník 1996: 375) Také T. Parsons, jehož koncepce významně ovlivňovaly sociologii hodnot zejména v padesátých a šedesátých letech, zdůrazňuje normativní aspekty hodnocení a chápe hodnoty jako obecné pojetí o žádoucím nikoli jako předměty chtění. 1 Na tomto místě je však třeba hodnoty odlišit od sociálních norem- verbalizovaných, závazných pravidel, které vyžadují respekt bez ohledu na to, co si o nich člověk myslí; hodnoty nemůžou být založeny na cizí vůli.
