The aim of this diploma work is to assess how important role play ethic, motivation and stimulation in the selected company, find their mutual relations and assess their quality. To establish whether ethic, motivation and stimulation really create an important part of the business strategy. The survey was carried out in a private enterprise which focuses on projection, engineering and assembly activities. The survey shows that ethic plays an unsubstitutable role and to a certain extent it impacts on the firm's prosperity. Therefore the employer should motivate and stimulate his employees and have a well-developed incentive program which would allow him to affect purposefully the whole team.

This bachelor's thesis explores ethics and the ethical behavior of Czech companies. It clarifies important aspects within ethics focusing on ways to implement ethics and ethical codes into businesses. It also outlines how Czech citizens view the actual state of business ethics in the Czech Republic and which organizations support business ethics. Finally, it shows that ethical behavior brings a company a competitive advantage.
Business ethics and payment behaviour in context with cultural differences

The thesis deals with business ethics in context with cultural differences of individual nations. The first chapter describes ethics etymology and clarifies the distinction between ethical conflict and dilemma. The second chapter gives an answer to the question why we should act ethically and illustrates the implementation of ethics to the business environment. Furthermore, the thesis deals with international ethics. It demonstrates the ethics in multinational corporations and points out to the complexity of the implementation of different moral principles to the business environment given by the numeral specifics of individual nations. Rest of the thesis consists of a practical analysis of the inner business environment in an unnamed international company. The analysis particularly concentrates on the attitude of its employees towards the code of ethics. On the other hand, the thesis also examines the outside business environment, particularly the payment behavior of the company's clients.
Professional Communication in the Health Service

The goal of my final thesis is the analyses of current state of communications in the Health Service. The paper starts with the introduction which describes the reasons of writting the paper and the methods used. The paper consists of 9 capitols: 8 theoretical and 1 practical. In the first capitol is the analysis of the ethics in health care systems. The next capitol briefly describe the relationship between doctor and patient. The following 3 theoretically define communication. The next 3 capitols talk about specifics communication in the Health Service. The practical part of the paper has 1 capitol, which has 6 sub-capitols. These sub-capitols talk about questionnaire, fill in questionnaire, results of questionnairy and some recommendations. Based on these facts, there is also graphical demonstration and describe. In conclusion appreciate the reasulting of questionnairy and summarized the overall the finnal thesis.

Bachelor's dissertation Social advertising deals with the most important instrument of marketing communication mix. At the beginning dissertation focuses on a therm Social advertisement, then describes its beginnings, feeling tone, differences between commercial and noncommercial advertising and the end of the theoretical part describes non-profit organizations. Practical part is dedicated to analysis of two chosen adverts and the main research of respondent's opinions. The end of dissertation is dedicated to evaluation of research and comparison results to initiatory hypotheses. The aim of my dissertation is to give basic information about social advertisement to public. The end of my dissertation is dedicated to the research which detects respondent's opinions of chosen social advertisement.

The role of ethics in business is often underestimated and we often come across an argument that a company will prefer its own profit instead of ethics. The aim of this thesis is to prove that ethics has its proper place in business and that its assertion can benefit all parties involved. This is demonstrated in three chosen areas including advertising, customer relations and relations to employees. This thesis also introduces the corporate social responsibility model, as well as the role of ethics in it.
Corporate culture in the international company

This master thesis analyses the topic of corporate culture in the international company. The initial chapters of theoretical part explain the term "corporate culture", i.e. define which elements form corporate culture, present its functions, well known typologies, possibilities of culture measuring, definition of its strength and subcultures. Following chapters describe typical features of American, Czech, French and German corporate culture and its influence on doing business in these countries. The comparison of these cultures on the basis of culture indices is given in the last section of the theoretical part. Practical part analyses corporate culture in the American company Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic s. r. o., its strength and situation in the clash of four corporate cultures.
