Analysis of students' internships in the field of addictology

Practical education (practice) is an important part of many fields of study at the universities. Education in the fields of medicine and social work, which create a base for the addictology, include a practice as a integral part of study. Practice enable students to gain important professional and work experience that complete the theoretical preparation. Students preparing for their profession in the social servises organizations, account for a future source of possible employees for these services providers. This thesis is focused on the area of providing and offering student practice within the study of addictology from the view of all three involved parties, the university, the organization providing a practice realisation and the students. The main aim of this work was to map a role and a significance of practical education within preparation of students of the addictology for a future profession. A partial aim was to suggest and create a set of recommendations for all parties involved in this process. The aims were achieved by using of qualitative research methods, i.e. documents analysis, interviews or questionnaires that also provided qualitative data. All ethical questions were kept. The thesis dealt with the basic elements of gymnastics in nursery schools in relation to education teachers. The aim of the study was to determine whether education kindergarten teachers in physical education, acquired at secondary pedagogical schools and faculties, is sufficient for quality management of physical activities and specifically gymnastic activities in nursery schools. The paper used two research methods: analysis of educational programs teaching schools from internet sources and interview teachers of kindergartens. The research was divided into three thematic areas. In the first part was analyzed curricula for secondary school teachers and teaching faculties devoted to physical education, has been found to the current state of education in this area. The second was investigated by questionnaire method glance graduates on their education in physical education. Emphasis was placed on their particular experience and personal opinion. The third area is also through the questionnaire dealt with the application of acquired knowledge and skills of teachers in practice. By analyzing the data the third lap was detected level of sports activities in the field of gymnastics to children in kindergartens.
Proposal for System of Cooperation between Students and Companies

The thesis focuses on the possibilities of cooperation between students and companies. In the thesis has been analysed current cooperation in environment of the Brno University of Technology, especially the Faculty of Business and Management. The analysis also includes two surveys. They focus on opinion of both interested parties. The result is the design of cooperation system that takes results from research and offers the opportunity to effectively connect students with a practical sphere.
Personal and social development through dramatic improvisation

The author focuses in her work on the importance and possibilities of dramatic improvisation in the social-personal development of adults. She points out principles and rules of this method, which can help in the development of each person's potential. Subsequently, she concentrates especially on themes like barrier outdoing, self-confidence, single-mindedness, fantasy, emotion control, acting skills and the art of dialog. Furthermore, in the preparation and implementation of courses she emphasizes principles and methods in accordance with the didactic cycle C-M-I-A-R-E. Author presents requirements for instructors as well as overall organization of those courses. In conclusion, model exercises, which can be faced by participants of dramatic improvisation, are shown. Author then explains their purposes and analyzes them step by step.
The Head of State in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic: de iure and de facto

Diploma thesis "The Head of State in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic: de iure and de facto" discourses both provisions, which integrate the institution of the president of the republic in constitution, and the virtual implementation of this uppermost authority in the state. At the beginning, the thesis deals with the historical dimension of the issue. It speaks of the general development and history of the office in Czech lands. Hereupon a depiction of the theoretical extent of this office follows. A large verge is devoted to the placement and the powers of the president in the constitution. The pragmatic part of the thesis consists of two case studies. The first one deals with the presidency of Václav Havel. The second one deals with the execution of the office by Václav Klaus. An extra attention is paid to the analysis of the accordance between the theoretical and pragmatic pursuance of the office of president of the Czech Republic.
Company's Requirements for Graduates - Software Developers

This thesis maps requirements that are imposed on software developer graduates. This goal is achieved by interviews with specialists from technological companies. A key part of the document is an evaluation of different methodologies of education of programming with a closer focus on a methodology Architecture-first. Approaches are evaluated from the company representatives' point of view, university programming teachers' point of view, and students' of informatics fields point of view. The main benefit of the thesis is a set of recommendations for teaching students as a result of developers' opinions and opinions of students who went through these programming subjects. The thesis includes recommendation for students, who are going to work as developers.
Analysis of the Selected Firm

This bachelor’s thesis deals with theoretical and practical analysis of the company ZEMAKO, s.r.o. (Ltd.). The starting points, aims and methods are decsribed in introduction. Regarding theory, the main attention is focused on the SLEPTE analyses, the Porter´s theory of competitive forces and the SWOT analyses. The practical part analyses threats those the company can face. After evaluation, the thesis recommends steps for streamlining management of the company. Final lines suggest possible ways for its future development.
Optimization of Integration of Promax Training Equipment into Education

This thesis is focused on familiarization with the instructional device PROMAX, which is an illustrative example of functioning of a private central telephone switchboard, including simulation of the interconnection with the central telephone switchboard. First, the completion including wiring was carried out, the followed by the initial enlivening of the laboratory equipment, and detailed familiarization with its basic functions. After obtaining the requisite knowledge of the device, a comprehensible manual with individual parts of the tutorial system described in detail was elaborated. The emphasis is placed on understanding the problems of functions of individual blocks of the telephone switchboard, the successive modules, and the principle of interconnection. In the following part of the thesis a design of the laboratory tasks for students is carried out. They are designed to practical verification of the performance of the individual blocks, their interconnection and configuration. The attachments which are a part of the thesis contain the model design of the individual laboratory tasks.

This diploma thesis deals with basic questions of expert activities and a more detailed focus on issues coming up in relation to practical expert activities working out expert opinions, especially obtaining materials from executive bodies, authorities, partaking parties or the ordering party. This thesis consists of a questionnaire construction containing expert opinion by professional witnesses, of an analysis of the current legislation and consequent suggested options how to deal with the given issues.
