PhDr. Marie Fulková, Ph.D Duben 2012 Title: Painting as physical and gestic Action Gesture and flesliness in fine art Summary: This paper examines the gesture as a set of internal and external processes, which snaps into the world and which he also hit. The first part is devoted to definitions that make up the basic problems of my work. The second part presents the processes by which we gain knowledge and experience, a sensory perception and cognition of reality. The third part is devoted to thinking like an ever-permuting dynamic structure that integrates pre- vious and newly acquired knowledge upon which creates images (ideas) and concepts. Thought to share the images should be a medium. The choice of this medium is a gestu- re, which in this sense is given to the fourth part of the work. Didactic part, conceived as an art project exploring the expression and spontaneous gesture as a means of artistic expression. Art refers to the use of gestures as visual resource. The central topic of my thesis is the mutual relation between them; nevertheless we can not define the mutual relation without the basic definitions and a brief description of the action and judgment as process instruments, especially concentrating on its requirements, so that it should be possible to formulate the essence of its procedural consistency. I tried to express its mutual relation and complex context in my thesis. The mutual relation is evident when interpreting the law action theories, which tried in more or less successful way to resolve the relation between substantive and procedural law. Finally, the whole development of the action is illustrated by the comparison with the system of actions in Roman law which were understood as pure substantive institutes. The mutual relation is reflected in the components of the action and judgment. It is clearly evident in the case of the petit and the body of judgment which follows. Art and Drama Concept in Primary School

Presented thesis investigates the possibilities of art drama in the form of project teaching at elementary level of primary schools. The theoretical part characterises a child of a younger school age, types of communication in the classroom and the role of a teacher. It deals with methods and means of art and craft and drama lessons which interlace in the process of art drama. It defines the subject of artfiletics as a starting point of an alternative art process. The practical part describes in detailes individual parts of the project using technicques of art drama to understand symbolics and ceremoniality of folk traditions. Authentic experience of drama play or different physical action should motivate children to their own art creations. It sould be benficial to their aesthetic, personality and social development. The Concept of the Political in the Political Theory of Hannah Arendt

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the concept of politics in the political theory of Hannah Arendt. It is based on the premise that Arendt understood politics as the space of free action which is absent in the modern age. Accordingly, the basic questions are how Arendt defined this space and how it can be established. In the first chapter Hannah Arendt is introduced as a political theorist. The second one analyses the basic theoretical distinctions of the public and private sphere and the triad of labor, work and action. Using this conceptual basis, the following chapter explains the concept of freedom in Arend's thought, its modern revelation through the phenomenon of revolution and her proposition of constituing a political system which could guarantee freedom.

For the deed I consider an event in the outside world which will depend on human behavior, which may have one or more signs of artistic acts or does not show signs of any artistic act. This event is then act as defined in the relevant Act. Artistic achievement in relation to the act represents a certain structure. The nature of the offense and an act of the artist and the result of this conduct caused, which is relevant to the history of visual culture. Negotiation is a manifestation of the will of the artist in the outside world, consisting of an act or omission, failure to act.

Hyperspeed Reach - Audiovisual Performance

This dissertation thesis describes the phenomenon of audiovisual performance in different connotations. A substantial part is devoted to psychological survey into my own subconscious and subsequently to metaphorical processing of this introspection. An important part of the work is a resume of the general knowledge of the physical properties and its metaphorical application on mental and creative processes. This analysis and explanation of internal cognitive models are implemented in terms of the study of relationships, interactions based on cooperation or confrontation, but also the inability to grasp the objective reality from the subjective position due to the merged distinctions of real and fictional. The importance of audiovisual performance is also studied in linear perspective of history, in order to point out the general principle of repetition patterns, which reveals that audiovisual performances is an activity which is a necessary expression of life itself and not just the concept in the field of arts.
