A comparison of Internet's influence on the human society in the 90's and today

This work is about the Internet and its influence to the present society. The aim of this work was to illustrate the progress by which the Internet have gone thruth the last 10 - 15 years. How the possibilities of it's utilization have been changed and hightened, how the count of its users has increased and how its availibility has been boosted up. The work has got two parts. The first part defines the elementary notions related with the Internet, describes the absolute beginning of the Internet and its onset to the Czech Republic. It also includes specifications of basic services of the Internet and it's characteristics. The second part surveys the availibility of the Internet in 90's and in presents. It characterizes utilization of the Internet in selected spheres and maps its merits, negatives and negative influences. On the basics of this work there are following results: The Internet is the very important medium for the major part of the present society. The utilization of the Internet has greatly increased in last 15 years . For the major part of the society (including me) the Internet is mainly useful and its positives predominate. Unfortunatelly, there have appeared some negatives, which we should realize and be beware of.

Bachelor thesis analyses two balance items "goodwill" and "difference in valuation to acquired assets" according to actual czech legislation. First chapter interpret basic theme about goodwill. Second chapter focus on goodwill from czech legislation view. Goodwill is divide in two balance item. The chapter pointed out definition of both balance items, their accounting rules, etc. In the last chapter are two examples on acquisition with using both balance items.

Implementation of DMS in an editorial environment

This thesis deals with various aspects of implementation of a DMS in an editorial environment. It's aim is to determine and describe a suitable way to specify the features of the system to satisfy the client as well as the needs of the users of proposed system. It also determines the features of such system and explains the meaning and usability potential of these features. It compares various open source systems available to date and focuses on the possibility of using these to fulfill client's needs. The text also contains an example of a specification created to meet the needs of a real client.

Benefits for standards of qualities in social services in institutions for children and youth

This final thesis deals with benefits of standards in social services. It is aimed to reasons and sources for developement of social service standards in a connection with the socioeconomic change of a society after 1989. Furthermore, it offers a view on specialities of social work with children and youth and specialities of their needs linked with use of social service offers. It also reflects general processes in institutions which implement quality standards of social work as tools to increase its own services. This work also shows a resume and results of actual theoretical and practical outputs directed to benefit of standards of social services. This thesis currently offers a probe into social workers view to a particular institution for children and teen-agers to uncover benefits of standards of quality in their institution.

Práce seznamuje čtenáře s možností využití Agent Based modelů pro simulování ekonomických procesů. Po přečtení práce získá čtenář představu o podstatě tohoto přístupu. Dále bude seznámen s implementací konkrétní simulace v jazyce JAVA, která v znikla v rámci této práce, jejím chováním a s možnostmi její aplikace na konkrétní ekonomické problémy. Závěrem práce jsou nastíněny některé směry dalšího rozvoje simulace.

Audit informačního systému a souvislosti s auditem finančním

Audit informačního systému je velmi mladý obor, který se vyvinul z aktivit, které poskytovaly podporu pro audit finanční. V současné době je role auditu IS/ICT jako podpory finančního auditu zastiňována dalšími oblastmi zájmu této disciplíny a to i přesto, že se dynamicky rozvíjí. Práce seznamuje čtenáře s pojmem audit, představuje disciplíny auditu IS/ICT a finančního auditu a vysvětluje základní terminologii. Popisuje legislativní rámec finančního auditu v Česku a ve světě, metodiky COBIT, COSO, ITIL a INTOSAI. Uvedené metodiky srovnává a hodnotí. V závěrečné kapitole práce identifikuje oblasti, kde je audit IS/ICT relevantní pro finanční audit.

Strategická analýza podmínek založení a fungování lékárny v ČR

Diplomová práce seznamuje čtenáře s prostředím farmaceutického trhu, s legislativními nařízeními pro činnost lékárny, její podoby, prostor, personálního obsazení a vybavení. V dalších částech je provedena strateická analýza konkrétní lékárny v Ivančicích, na základě těchto konkrétních poznatků je možné sestavit i podnikatelský plán, který je součástí poslední části práce, a to projektu na založení nového podnikatelského subjektu.

Úvodní čast obecně seznamuje čtenáře s podnikatelským prostředím v ČR a poté se zaměřuje na obor zážitkové pedagogiky. Druhá čast konkretizuje specifický interní podnikatelský plán a hodnotí jeho části a charakterizuje přístupy.

The Attitude Analysis of Elementary and Secondary School Students to Romany Population

The bachelor thesis briefly describes the fundamental of the attitudes and their formation. It informs the reader about a present situation of Romanies in the Czech Republic, predicates and shortly describes certain problems that Romanies deal with in particular parts of their lives. The theoretical part also briefly describes main aspects of the relation between the majority society and Romanies, informs the reader about a media presentation of Romanies and their present situation and points out the extreme form of the relation of the majority society to Romanies. The practical part contains a respondent informedness analysis about Romanies, their history and present situation and a respondent experience analysis with Romanies. Then there is an analysis of mutual relation among the pieces of information which the respondents have about Romanies and how they evaluate them afterwards. There is an analysis of mutual relation of the pieces of experience that the respondents have with Romanies and how the respondents evaluate Romanies then. Finally, there is an analysis of the sources where the respondents get their pieces of information about Romanies from. The aim of thesis was to find out the attitudes of the young to the Romany population and to analyze some of the influences which can be formative in this process.

Diplomová práce seznamuje čtenáře s fungováním systému hodnocení pracovníků a systému rozvoje kariéry ve společnosti Unicorn, a.s. Obsahuje výčet a popis nalezených slabých míst a navržená opatření, která by je pomohla eliminovat. V systému hodnocení pracovníků je práce zaměřěná hlavně na problematiku formálního periodického hodnocení, protože neformální hodnocení nebývá zpravidla zaznamenáno a jen výjimečně bývá příčinou konkrétního personálního rozhodnutí.
