Multi-axis Engine Control in Intelligent House
Uherka, Bohumil ; Malounek, Petr (referee) ; Chomát, Luděk (advisor)
The bachelor thesis handles with multi-axis drives with electronic cam and electronic gear. Result of this project was to develop a model of entry gates and multi-axis drive control program. This issue was demonstrated on the entrance gate engines controlling the smart house. The model of entrance gates was constructed using a stepper engines. The model was connected by the input and output modules with Power Panel (programmable logic controller with touch screen), on which the visualization was created. Power Panel at the same time governed servoamplifiers ACOPOS. These servo amplifiers with synchronous engines correspond to engines controlling the actual gates.
Linear drive control based on object motion detection
Novotná, Eliška ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with motion detection and linear drive control. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical part, where the part of ultrasonic sensors and linear actuators, including the types of individual linear actuators, is mainly described and explained. The practical part presents the solution itself, both in terms of hardware and software. This part therefore contains the system design together with the flowcharts and the simplified 3D design of the structure. At the end of the work is given a sample of the final structure.
Modelling and Implementation of Control System for 3D Printer
Ševčík, Martin ; Pohl, Lukáš (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
The content of the thesis is the modeling and implementation of the CNC control algorithm. This master thesis contains the description of issues of computer-controlled machines, the research of interpolation algorithms for control CNC machines and the modeling of the selected control algorithm with motor S-curve shaped speed profiles and simulation of chosen algorithms with S-shaped speed profiles in Matlab & Simulink.
Design of three axis manipulator
Srněnský, Jan ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to calculate drives of three axis manipulator. The aim is to create 3D model of machine, to analyze model and to use data for calculation. The aim is also to create blueprints of machine and calculation sheet. The thesis consists of four parts. Theoretical part, where principals of dental x-ray are described, kinematics explanation, description of part used to assembly machine and calculation part.
Design of controlled nozzle for high pressure RIM head
Sýkora, Petr ; Suchý, Jan (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of mixing nozzle regulation for high-pressure mixing machine for production of polyurethane products. The aim of this work is to design the construction of controlled mixing nozzle for mixing head Cannon while keeping interchangeability with the current nozzle. I solved the chosen goal by constructing a nozzle controlled with the same build dimensions by a stepper motor. Control is ensured by throttling the flow by turning the nozzle screw through the motor. We managed to create a functional prototype and create a table to convert the existing nozzle diameters to the rotation of the engine. The main benefit of this work is the creation of an automatically regulated nozzle required for fully automated machine operation.
Drivers for stepper motor driver
Maralík, Marek ; Havránek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Čala, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of the drivers for the stepper motor controller. At the beginning of the thesis are described basic principles of stepping motors and ways of their control. The second part deals with the description of Standa 8SMC1-USBhF-B2. The third part discusses options of controlling proposed by the manufacturer. Part of the work is enhanced manufacturer's drivers and newly designed features that keep functionality and simplify driver operation. A basic description of modified and new features is available.
Raspberry Pi-Based Motor Control Platform
Janíček, Libor ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Bidlo, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis aims on the use of selected types of electromotors on Raspberry Pi platform for educational purposes. The theoretical part describes individual types of motors and the possibilities of their control. In the practical part is documented the connection of electric motors and microcomputer. For this work were selected four different types of motors: stepper, servomotor, brush DC and brushless DC. The microprocessor acts as a controller for motors and can connect e.g. monitor and mouse to control the graphics application for engine control.
Small Rotarz Turntable's Design
Škubal, Karel ; Cejpek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the design, its implementation, and subsequent commissioning of a rotary table. The main goal is to produce a small rotary table that can be used in the robotics laboratory for pick and place applications and possibly for other tasks, for example 3D scanning. The first part of the thesis is focused on description of different types of rotary tables, and individual selected components. Based on this, a table model is then designed and constructed.
Design of mechanical subsystem of tester for touch screen devices
Pump Control System
Streit, Jakub ; Šťastný, Ladislav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is design of universal system for motor control. This device must be able to control at least 4 motors, stepper motors or DC motors. Wired, or wireless communication, using IEEE 802.15.4, is mandatory. The System is based on modular concept. The Basic modules are Control module, Communication module, Connection module and Power module. The system was tested in the control of fertilizer dosing pumps in the greenhouse
