Link robots
Szabari, Mikuláš ; Kotek, Luboš (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the configuration of the link robots. It is divided into three parts. The first part interprets the robots, their division and ranked link robots into this division. The second part addresses the issue of the single cell structure and configuration of the whole robot. It also addresses workspace, location of endpoint and create a model. The third section discusses control systems, actuators and sensors.
Development of ventilating turbines control
Kremz, Petr ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the design development of mechanical systems of ventilation turbines. The goal of this thesis is to improve the internal control system, the ventilation of the turbine and the system of ventilation air. The output of the work will be the model of the turbine with the regulatory system - the flap in the program Solidworks. Furthermore, the graphical performance of the dependence of the turbine.
Analysis of the distribution of the temperature profile in the furnace brazing using CAE systems
Stručovský, Aleš ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this project is using the CAE system to analyze the distribution of the temperature profile brazing furnace DIMA 0180. To create the model is used SolidWorks Premium 2012. The simulation is performed using the Flow Simulation. This work builds on the knowledge diploma thesis by Martin Procházka titled The effect of different heat capacities and components on the longitudinal temperature profile for reflow soldering. We start from the knowledge of heat transfer, especially of heat conduction and radiation, which appear in the furnace.
Calculation of temperature field of the busbar bridge
Měrka, Ivan ; Maxa, Jiří (referee) ; Vyroubal, Petr (advisor)
This term project’s aim is to theoreticaly analyze thermal phenomena and losses in electrical power devices, describe the design and application of UniGear ZS1 type switchgear, put together a computer simulation model for thermal calculations of current and optimized solution and finally to discuss obtained results and compare them with experimentally acquired values. The main objective of this project is to determine, whether simulation is a viable and reliable enough method, that it could replace the costly real life physical testing. Modelling of the progress of thermal processes in different parts of the examined busbar will be done in computer aided design program Solidworks and its simulation plugin Flow Simulation.
Fatigue evaluation methods for pressure equipment utilising numerical analysis results
Boleloucký, Václav ; Lošák, Pavel (referee) ; Létal, Tomáš (advisor)
Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením únavové životnosti v okolí konstručního uzlu tlakové nádoby, kde vzniká výrazná koncentrace napětí a je zde předpoklad primárního vlivu na únavu materiálu. Konkrétně se jedná o místo přechodu kontrolního otvoru do pláště analyzovaného zařízení. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou představeny pojmy a metody hodnocení, související s danou problematikou.
Withdrawable truck for MV switchgear SR12 with contactor VSC7
Sojka, Tomáš ; Honzák, Aleš (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of retrofit – withdrawable truck for medium voltage switchgear. It includes a brief overview of medium voltage switchgear, description of the process retrofitting and complete design of withdrawable truck with the VSC7 contactor for ABB MV switchgear SR12, including technical and economic optimization of the solution. The output of thesis is technical documentation of withdrawable truck in Solidworks.
Ventilation device
Kubovčík, Peter ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with constructional development of the turbine ventilator 3D models, including the regulation development. Three options of the ventilation devices were described, designed and modelled using a Solidworks in order to increase amount of exhaust air, while maintaining zero consumption of the electricity. According to a Supervisor´s documents were calculated, drawn and modelled two devices, used for regulation of exhaust air by half-valve damper and quarter-valve damper. The output of thesis are drawings of both regulation dampers.
Manufacture of a Model of the Skiing Helmet Cover Using a CAD Application and Modern Additive Technology
Navrátil, Vojtěch ; Zouhar, Jan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe a process of making a ski helmet cover. The thesis virtually describes the whole process of manufacturing a cover, from its 3D computer design, and setting up its production according to an applicable software, to its actual production. The thesis concludes with an economic evaluation and description of the benefits.
Analyses of Mechanical Tasks in SolidWorks Motion
Cikánek, Pavel ; Březina, Lukáš (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is to create and to simulation the samples from area of the kinetics and the dynamics in CAD system in order to be used as the teaching models. The examples will be created as simply and easily rebuilt 3D models in CAD program SolidWorks and they will be analysed in the Motion modul. The main task is to compare the results from SolidWorks Motion program with the current solution, eventually with the other CAD system. At the end the advantages and the disadvantages of SolidWorks Motion program will be evaluated.
Analysis of the photovoltaic cell cooling
Hřešil, Tomáš ; Vyroubal, Petr (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
This project solves the problem of cooling the photovoltaic cell. Solar cell was modeled according to a real model in SolidWorks, and subsequently created the model was simulated in SolidWorks Flow Simulation and Ansys Fluent. The use of both systems allow a comparison of their possibilities in the field of heat transfer and their suitability for the case. The conclusion summarizes the first results and outline further developments cooling design to optimize the performance of the solar cell.
