This thesis deals with the system of evaluation and remuneration of staff at FOCUS Ltd. The work contains two parts: a theoretical and practical. First mentioned section discusses the basic concepts related to evaluation and remuneration. The second part focuses on a detailed analysis of the current status of the selected companies and research using questionnaires. The aim is to design changes in the system of evaluation and remuneration of staff.

The theoretical part deals with the clarification of the terms of remuneration and motivation and evaluation methods. The practical part describes the current situation of the system evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company. Using questionnaire is also mentioned employee satisfaction with the current systems. Outcome of this work are proposals to improve the current condition of the system evaluation and remuneration.

This thesis deals with labour relations, specifically the creation of employment. It focuses on possibilities how to save the cost of a new employee remuneration using subsidies from the Labour Office and employing of a disabled person. By analyzing the expected costs of remuneration and by finding of the actual subsidies from the relevant Labour Office branch, the thesis will propose options to a businesswoman Jitka Houfková how she could reduce these costs. Jitka Houfková will also be recommended an option of achieving the highest savings.

It provides an overview of the employer's obligations related to the recruitment of new staff and analyzes the future labor costs and the possibility of their optimization for the company FARMA STRÁNSKÝ s.r.o., which is in the process of expanding its business. Based on analysis is recommended the number of employees to be hired and furthermore are outlined some aspects of their contract of employment.

In the theoretical part I am concerned with the theory of the motivation, incentive attitudes, stimulations and last but not least the remuneration of the employees. In the practical part thanks to the questionnaire survey I find out the current state of the satisfaction of the local employees with the motivation, reward system and the employee benefits. I propose the potential dealing with the imperfections.

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with an issue of employee motivation and attitudes to work in a sport organization. It specifies basic terms and theories connected with the motivation process. For the purpose of the thesis three sport organizations are chosen where a questionnaire survey is conducted. Based on the data obtained the analysis of performance motives and attitudes to work is performed, followed by the design of appropriate motivational strategies for leaders of the organizations.

It contains theory from area of rating and rewarding workers and benefits of employee as well. It also analyzes present condition of compa-nies and it suggests improvement of used company rewarding methods. It also suggests more employee benefits.
