Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá objasněním pojmů odměňování a motivace a metodami hodnocení. V praktické části je popsán současný stav systému hodnocení a odměňování v podniku. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je také nastíněna spokojenost zaměstnanců s danými systémy. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu systému hodnocení a odměňování. Bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of employee evaluation and remuneration system in a selected company. The theoretical part deals with the clarification of the terms of remuneration and motivation and evaluation methods. The practical part describes the current situation of the system evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company. Using questionnaire is also mentioned employee satisfaction with the current systems. Outcome of this work are proposals to improve the current condition of the system evaluation and remuneration.
