Preparation of Homeworks in the Course Algorithms
Trávniček, Jan ; Dvořák, Radim (referee) ; Křena, Bohuslav (advisor)
This bachelors thesis describes creation of homework in the course Algorithms. Three newly implemented homeworks form the most important part. A modification of a system for automatic homework evaluation is a part of this thesis too.

Design and Testing of Algorithms for Controlling the Relative Humidity in the AFM Chamber
Nezval, David ; Šulc, Dalibor (referee) ; Bartošík, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with controlling the relative humidity in the AFM chamber. There are used controllers based on principles of PID controlling with constant coefficient, self-tuning PID controlling and fuzzy controlling for the automatic controlling. This principles are explained and with this knowledge are designed and tested four algorithm for controlling the relative humidity.

Melody Harmonization
Maňák, Ondřej ; Černocký, Jan (referee) ; Fapšo, Michal (advisor)
The focus of this bachelor's thesis is an automatic harmonization of melody. The programme uses axioms of harmonization and is implemented in Perl language. The input is a text file that contains the melody that should be harmonized. The output is a midi file that contains the melody with the piano harmonization part.

The relationship between Intelligence and Working Memory, and between Working Memory and Transitive Inference
Čeplová, Zuzana ; Horáková Hoskovcová, Simona (referee) ; Uhlář, Pavel (referee)
This thesis deals with the relationship between Working Memory, Working Memory Span tasks and general factor g and Broad cognitive abilities. In addition the relationship between Working Memory and Transitive Inference is investigated. Measured constructs are introduced in the theoretical part, with their evolution, various methods of their measurement and studies investigating the relation between them. The empirical part of the research has been conducted to verify the relationship between Working Memory and general intelligence factor g. It has been done to reveal the relationship between Working Memory Span tasks and Broad cognitive abilities as well. The relationship between visuo-spatial Working Memory and Transitive Inference has also been researched. The question concerning the influence of the use of strategy while performing the automatic version of Working Memory Span tasks has been investigated as well.

Control of inverted pendulum model
Zapletal, Vít ; Najman, Jan (referee) ; Spáčil, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis is connected to bachelor thesis of Bradáč, M.: Design, production and testing of education model ''Inverted pendulum''. It deals with analysis of faults and construction imperfections and subsequently their solutions. It further describes development of controll algorithm in Matlab/Simulink. The end is dedicated to automatic code generation and inverted pendulum controll by microcontroller.

Minidarpa robot - software design
Kopecký, Martin ; Veselý, Miloš (referee) ; Kopečný, Lukáš (advisor)
Robotics is very quickly developping sector. Particulary mobile robots belongs to perspective sector of robotics. In the future mobile robots could help in transportation both people and stuff. But knowledge in this sector help in common life for example parking assistent system or safety distance system. Big benefit from automatic controled vehicles could be saving a lot of human lifes. My bachelor's thesis deals with control system of small competition mobile robot, including hardware and especially software parts of control system.

Machine Vision Methods for Traffic Signs Recognition
Zátopek, Michal ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Horák, Karel (advisor)
This diploma thesis is dealing with an issue of machine vision in the field of traffic signs recognition. The first part is devoted to machine vision in general traffic situations. Together with traffic applications there is paid attention to a possible autonomous vehicle and applications for the traffic signs recognition. The main part of this work is devoted to a description and an implementation of several methods for colour and pattern localisation of traffic signs in the scene and to identification algorithms. Apart from the implementation itself, these algorithms are submitted to several experiments for a valorisation of their success. The thesis also includes a gallery of images with traffic signs including a file with descriptive annotation for an automatic testing of algorithms.

Dishwasher for workpieces
Sláma, Ondřej ; Klapka, Milan (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is elaborated design of the washing box of dishwasher for workpieces. The target is for the composition of the strength calculations and drawings washing box. Dishwasher size 1000x1000 mm enables automatic cleaning and degreasing workpieces weighing up to 250 kg.

Implementation of Algorithm for Recognition of Eye Retina
Ondroušek, Jan ; Stružka, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hájek, Josef (advisor)
Vessel structure is a very important element in medical sience for diagnosis of eye and cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, its automatic segmentation is very important too. In introduction there is a short description of eye retina. After that, method of implementation is presented according to Ing. Jan Odstrčilík's thesis - Analyze of colour retinal images aimed to segmentation of vessel structures created under the auspices of Brno University of Technology - Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication, Department of Biomedical Engineering in 2008. This method is based on filtering input image with properly designed filtering masks, followed by thresholding with properly calculated value and finally cleaning result image from artefacts. Algorithm was written in C++ language. All important functions were implemented for purpose of given method with consideration on speed and accuray. Main sections of source code with description of user interface are introduced next in this thesis. At the end, the implementation was tested on real images from ÚBMI and DRIVE databases, results were recorded, expansions and adjustments possibilities of implementation were debated.

Analysis of selected methods for setting and measuring the spatial position of track
Karásek, Jakub ; Vukušič, Ivan (referee) ; Smutný, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of the work is to compare different ways of measuring geometric parametrs of railway track and compare methods for guidance automatic tamping machine in estabilishing the geometrical parameters of the selected track section between train stations Brodek u Přerova - Grygov. The work contains a description of the superstructure gauging carriage and measuring system APK, whose data were used to compare the track geometry and its spatial position during the observation period. Conclusion of the work includes an assessement of individual measurements and recommendations for practise.
