Frame trailer with tipping body
Uher, Milan ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of the frame of a trailer with a tipping body. Its main contents are stability inspection of a carrying frame, further then designing suitable construction adjustments including their check calculations of case of stress. The stability inspection of the frame is carried out by means of the finite element method. A draft of the drawing documentation of the frame is as well included in this thesis. This diploma thesis was created in collaboration with the SVAN Chrudim company, Ltd.
Design of outdoor multifunctional medical box for vaccination.
Kudlíková, Marie ; Karásek, David (referee) ; Rubínová, Dana (advisor)
This thesis engage in design of outdoor multifunctional madical box for vaccination. It´s a mobile rear specified firstly for humanitarian missions and for resolution of current inconvenient conditions. Its multifunctionality consist in a transport of necessary supply, in a possibility of siting of medics and pacients, in satisfactory stacking area and in possibility of networking. Many things are compact in this project. mobility with sufficiency of space, simplicity with variability, weight with stability as well as shaping with acceptable financial expenses.
Safety container mechanism
Kubín, Martin ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Mynář, Břetislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on container safety mechanism which is a part of truck trailers. It designs pneumatic – mechanical safety mechanism suitable for safe transport of container with driving drum which are produced according to German standard DIN 30 722. It concerns containers with total weight of 22 tons. The first part of this thesis is focused on evaluation of possible load by common operating conditions. The technique of mechanism design is introdiced in several developing stages from original solution to final version. The final version processes all force and kinetic aspects. Selected parts of safety mechanism are controlled from solidity perspective. Some calculations and analysis were processed both by convention method and method of final elements on PC. Thesis was created in close cooperation with company SVAN Chrudim, s.r.o.
Conceptual design of the trailer body
Chalupa, Pavel ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is a conceptual design of the trailer body which is intended to transport sporting goods, especially bicycles, skis and boats. It contains an overview of current transportation options mentioned sporting goods and a conceptual design of the trailer body which will serve to transport all these sporting goods. The body will be placed on trailers currently offered.
Trailer for transportation of persons
Sehnal, Milan ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is occupied with design construction of safety trailer, which is intended for usage in heavy landscape, where the trailer is used for transport the only one person from unapproachable areas. The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is to create concept, design and computation of carrying construction, solving of apprehension the multi-purpose stretcher. The work also includes selected mechanical drawings.
Study of large trucks for road transport
Božik, Michal ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This work is a study of large-scale trailer and semi-trailer units with a total length of 25.25 meters. It contains an overview and comparison of legislative requirements and transportation capacity. It introduces description of the various units, their specific features and estimate of the contribution of using these trucks to the traffic.
Determination of force case on trailer
Dragan, Lukáš ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with the determination of forces in the truck trailer. It is a two-axle trailer and it’s total weight is 18 tons. The purpose of this thesis is the analysis of basic loads of goods transport by road trailer. The load cases are considered for stationary and moving vehicle. This work deals with identifying the basic relations for stationary trailer, trailer going at constant velocity, acceleration, braking, cornering and side wind. At the conclusion derived relations are used to calculate specific results for given and selected parameters.
Trailer for EURO palette
Michal, Tomáš ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
Project detaily decsribe design of trailer construction which utilized gravitational roller way. Firstly we are going to focuse at determination of main proportion and later on at the construction of each single part ( frame, roller way and rear mechanism). All parts of the trailer have their own technological plan and project also includes 3D models of them. Obvious part of the project documentation is also functional counting where is determined named velocity euro-palett slide on roller way and fixity counting at once.
Efficiency of the EMS concept in comparison with other modes of transport
Míková, Barbora ; Rathouský, Bedřich (advisor) ; Mervart, Michal (referee)
This thesis focuses on concept of European Modular System. It describes its characteristics, main advantages and disadvantages and experiences of other countries. A separate chapter focuses on swap bodies so that modular heavy goods vehicles can be compared to them in practical part of this thesis. Aim of this thesis is to evaluate what is better for transport of particular goods, if classical semi-trailer unit with maximum allowed length of 16,5 m, combined transport road-rail with use of swap bodies or modular heavy goods vehicle. Costs, transpotation times and emissions will be compared in this section. The thesis also aims at evaluating if main arguments of opponents of this concept are eligible or not.
European Modular System analysis
Sládková, Nikola ; Rathouský, Bedřich (advisor) ; Mervart, Michal (referee)
This master thesis is focused on the analysis of economy efficiency of the European Modular System. This determination is going to proceed from comparison of standard and longer trucks. The sense of this thesis is to find out, if standard or longer trucks are more efficient. The comparison is going to be made with the aid of a calculation of costs, which arise on two chosen independent routes. The conclusion evaluation of the trucks is going to work on these analyses.
