Multifunctional building

Subject of this final thesis is to develop project documents of a new mixed - use building in Prague in Žižkov. The building has 5 above - ground and 2 underground floors. The last floor is partially receding and on the rest of the floor plan, there is a terrace. Automated parking system, cellars and technical background are situated on the second underground floor. On the first underground a above ground floor there is a café and on the second floor there are office spaces. The others floors are designed as residential. Structural sytem of building is cast in place concrete bearing wall system. Exterior building envelope is made of combination of contact thermal insulation system with ventilated facade with thermal insulation of mineral wool insulation. The roof of the building is designed as a nonwalkable warm flat roof.
The mixed-use building near meanders of the Lučina river

On the second and third floor there are office spaces. Structural sytem of building is cast-in-place concrete frame. Exterior building envelope is made of sand-lime bricks with ventilated facade with thermal insulation of mineral wool insulation. The roof of the building is designed as a non-walkable warm flat roof.
Residential house in Ostrava

The subject of this thesis is to design a building with apartments in a high standard of living. The building will be located on sloping land currently accessible from the street Hybnerová in cadastral area of Silesian Ostrava. Construction, surrounding land and fence form a unified aesthetic and functional whole, reflecting the sloping nature of the site. White matter of structure grows continuously from the lowest point and produces fencing which spirals around the property and rise harmoniously into the building itself. Adjusted terrain of land creates platforms for individual gardens for each apartments and produces space for underground garage. The house is designed as a three-storey building with underground garage. The building will accommodate 5 residential units with terraces and technical and storage spaces within the basement. The building is oriented southwest and its location allows splitting the land to the eastern and western gardens. Southwest orientation uses the only unblocked view from the property. Continuously rising fence separates the building from surrounding buildings and offers plenty of privacy for the residents. Concrete fence has also security function.
Wellness hotel "Na Ovčačce" - Svatý Kopeček u Olomouce

The project is newly built wellness hotel in the cadastral Svatý Kopeček, the town of Olomouc, district Olomouc. The house is in a secluded street in Darwin. On the territory are restrictions concerning the parameters solved object. Notably the location, number of floors and the percentage of stopping. This is a three-storey, basement building with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and reinforced concrete footings. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM in the upper floors of concrete formwork and fittings in the basement. Ceiling structure is designed using locally supported reinforced concrete slabs. The entire building is divided into several sections. The 1s there is an underground garage and wellness. In 1.NP is a restaurant and facilities associated with the operation of the restaurant and hotel. In 2.NP and 3.NP are single rooms. Total capacity is 155 people and has 16 employees. To the building are three main entrances. Two of them are designed as public entrance to the restaurant and hotel. The third is the entrance for staff and supplies. Among other inputs that lead from the exterior of the building is the entrance to the restaurant terrace. Another entry is possible from the underground garage to wllnessu. The proposed facility is designed wheelchair. Before the building is designed parking for 27 cars and underground garage for 44 cars. Five of parking places are for disabled people.
Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

Residential complex is designed as a semi-enclosed space that opens up into open country. Therefore, efforts were made to ensure that all houses sensitively set into the terrain and the surface was made from natural materials. Functional content of the file is composed primarily of net living space. Objects consist of apartments and ancillary spaces such as garages, utility rooms, bicycle room, rooms for pram and a cellar.
The building, Přístavní street, Praha 7

The subject of this Diploma Thesis is newly built polyfunctional building in the Prague – Holešovice. Building land is slightly sloping. The building will be followed by the surrounding buildings. The building consists of seven floors. The floor underground technical spaces and collective garages. On the ground floor are two commercial spaces and reception. In the second to fifth floor are office space. The top floor is a penthouse with terraces. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton accompanied by a facade wall and the wall forming the core. The core consists of a elevator and a staircase. Floor slabs is continuous reinforced concrete slab with capitals. The façade of the building is divided by pilasters, stone cladding. Root at the penthouse is composed of a terrace with vegetation. Ground floor consists of shop windows with sun screens. All designs are in accordance to the valid ČSN code.

The diploma thesis deals with a project documentation of hotel building in Přerov. The object is designed as a detached building with one basement and four floors. There is an underground garage and technical rooms of the hotel situated in the basement. In the first floor, there are entrance hall, administrative part, restaurant and its hinterland. Another ground floors are designed to accommodate guests. The structural system is reinforced concrete skeleton. The perimeter wall is building from clay bricks. The object is covered with two flat roofs.
Study of roundabout in front of the main entrance Trade Fairs Brno

The aim of this thesis is to design a roundabout in front of the main entrance to the Exhibition in Brno on the crossing of streets Veletržní, Křížkovského and the entrance to the trade fair. The thesis take into account the reconstruction of Mendel Square, which is invited to solve a two-way street Veletržní. The entrance to the BVV has made available two-storey underground garage. The project also deals with the relocation of the existing bus stop Křížkovského.

The master´s thesis is focused on the preparation and design of project documentation of the multi-functional building. The building is designed on land in Beneš street in Kutná Hora. The concept of the building respects the territorial plan of the city and complements the existing buildings. The building has one underground and four floors, the last floor is the attic. There is an underground garage, two stores and six flats. The building is designed from construction system Porotherm.
