Android application development in Java language and its publishing
BÁRTA, Jakub
This thesis deals with the development of a gaming application for smartphones with Android operating system. This project also describes the situation on the mobile applications market and explains the basic principles of object-oriented programming, Java and Android development. The thesis includes a description of the publishment of the final application on the market and the important features of the Eclipse developing environment and of Android studio. As the next part follows methodology and detailed analysis of the application development, on which are demonstrated the possibilities of working with the mentioned instruments. Both, the theoretical and practical parts, are designed to describe the situations in which the developer of Android applications can get and what mistakes should he avoid. The game theme has been chosen to be original, easy to use and not too much graphically complicated. It is an expanded version of classical chess with special rules. Particular examples of the program development are chosen so that the reader gets enough information about how it works, and what steps were made during its creation.
Automatic medical image segmentation using Level Set algorithm
Yerpeissov, Serik ; Burget, Radim (referee) ; Uher, Václav (advisor)
This thesis contains two main parts, theoretical and implementation. In the theoretical part, there are described the different segmentation methods. Mainly it is about description method Level Set. The aim of practical part is creation of java module for segmentation of medical data by using Level Set Methods. The work solves example of GUI for the display of results. The results should be tested
Features and testing of mobile devices with Android OS
Ružička, Silvestr ; Malina, Lukáš (referee) ; Balík, Miroslav (advisor)
The work deals with creating applications for the Android OS, gathering information on mobile device and testing of computing power. In this theisis we talk about the history, development and architecture of the Android OS. Described here the application development fo Android OS. Process The output of this work is an application for finding information on the mobile device and to test the computational performance.
Image processing using Android device - gas-meter value recognition
Wertheim, Michal ; Davídek, Daniel (referee) ; Honec, Peter (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of the image processing for Android system, consisting of the choice of the development environment and its implementation. Workflow soluti-on to the problem involves development of the Androidapplication and it’s graphical user interface. The text includes description of the application functionality, communica-tionwith a camera, storing and retrieving data. It also describes used algo-rithms and image processing methods used for detecting values from the counter of the gas meter.
Smartphone Application for e-Shop Administration
Voneš, Jakub ; Kajan, Michal (referee) ; Korček, Pavol (advisor)
This Thesis is about smartphone application for administration of ecommerce kuplevne.com. It describes proposal of solution and application implementation for management ecommerce in the mobile platform Android OS. In the first part there are introduction with Android OS, its history, competitive platforms for mobile devices and architecture of Android OS. In the next part there is a description of application development for such devices. The final part is about proposal of solution and application implementation.
[BOWA] Access Terminal for Fiscal Printer
Nosko, Svetozár ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Mičulka, Lukáš (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor's thesis is analysis, design and  implementation of an access terminal to the fiscal printer. Project is analyzed in detail and focused on design and implementation of graphical user interface and communication with the fiscal printer. The project was developed on the development board STM3241G-Eval and according to the requirements of the company Bowa s.r.o.
Tool for Generating VHDL from Graphical Description of Automaton
Srogoň, Erik ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Košař, Vlastimil (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is an analysis, a design and an implementation of the Vhdl code generator from a graphical description of automaton. The thesis is composed of many parts, which clarify the basic concept of the VHDL language and automatons, especially Mealy's and Moore's ones, and helps a reader to acquire necessary theoretical knowledge in this field. The second part includes the design and implementation of a simple editor for graphical description of the automaton i.e. the parts description (localization, history of changes). The editor was implemented in Java language and uses its library for graphical interface. (Swing).
Evolutionary computing
Popelka, Jan ; Smékal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Karásek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis was to get acquainted with the Evolutionary Optimization Techniques, mainly with the Genetic Algorithm and Genetic Programming. It was subsequently described the role of optimization problem TSP solved using Genetic Algorithms and other Chapter solving Symbolic Regression using Genetic Programming. This optimalization problems were created in the programming JAVA and there are solved practical part of the thesis.
Garden Computer
Podsedník, Marek ; Musil, Martin (referee) ; Musil, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describes design and realization of the system for garden device control via a touch display of a mobile phone or a tablet. Thesis begins with introduction to available solutions on market, Java and C++ programming languages and Android platform. Then the more detailed design of all parts of the system follows and a description of communication between those parts and the server's hardware selection. Then the implementation and the set of test used for testing follows.
Transformation of Processor Graphical Representation to the Architecture Description Language
Netočný, Ondřej ; Husár, Adam (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with conversion between graphical and text representation of processor architecture. The aim is to acquaint with both of said tools and introduce the way how the conversion is done. The introduction of EMF and GMF tools of Eclipse IDE is also included in this thesis, because the graphical representation editor is based on these tools. The end of thesis is devoted to reverse transformation possibilities, where the intelligent placing of diagram nodes is required.
