Rekultivace a management nepřírodních biotopů v České republice

Přehled lokalit Karlovarského, Plzeňského a Jihočeského kraje zkoumaných v roce 2009 a výsledky jejich podrobného inventarizačního průzkumu. Základní charakteristika vybraných nepřírodních biotopů. Výskyt a diverzita skupin organismů vyskytujících se v nepřírodních biotopech: Vyšší houby (Macromycetes). Cévnaté rostliny (Tracheophyta). Metodika výzkumů hmyzu a bezobratlých živočichů. Měkkýši (Mollusca). Pancířníci (Oribatei). Střevlíkovití brouci (Coleoptera: Carabidae). Motýli (Lepidoptera). Blanokřídlí žahadloví (Hymenoptera: Aculeata). Mravenci (Formicidae). Obojživelníci (Amphibia). Plazi (Reptilia). Ptáci (Aves). Savci (Mammalia). Soubor lokalit pro finální výběr nepřírodních biotopů. Analýza typů a rozsahu lokalit poškozených činností člověka. Vždy je diskutována možnost spontánní rekolonizace nebo oživení lokality po provedené rekultivaci. Zpráva se zabývá problematikou výskytu chráněných druhů na územích, která nepožívají žádnou ochranu nebo se uvažuje o jejich rekultivaci, která nemusí zajistit vhodné podmínky pro tyto druhy. Je uvedena metodika pro rekultivaci Pískovny Jeviněves vypracovaná v souladu s výsledky inventarizačního průzkumu.

Zpráva se zabývá problematikou výskytu chráněných druhů na územích, která nepožívají žádnou ochranu nebo se uvažuje o jejich rekultivaci, která nemusí zajistit vhodné podmínky pro tyto druhy. Jsou shrnuty výsledky inventarizačního výzkumu nepřírodních biotopů a vodních nádrží v nich se nacházejících.

Limity ochrany biodiverzity ve fragmentované krajině

Cílem řešení projektu je ve vybraném pilotním území definovat závislost vývoje lokálních populací zvláště chráněných a nebo vzácných a nebo ohrožených druhů na strukturálních charakteristikách krajiny a na velikosti a tvaru fragmentovaných lesních celků. Předmětem výzkumu je populační dynamika invazních a expanzních rostlin. Základním přístupem je stanovení základních charakteristik fragmentované krajiny, stanovení vhodných indikátorů pro tyto charakteristiky, definování limitní hodnoty těchto charakteristik a limitní hodnoty indikátorů. Projekt popisuje modifikaci látkových toků související s fragmentací krajiny, chemismus půd ve vztahu k vlastnostem fragmentů, flóru a vegetaci fragmentů, mykologii a edafon. Zabývá se historickou dynamikou krajinných struktur jako významného vysvětlujícího faktoru. Zpráva popisuje studovanou oblast a výzkumné plochy, modifikaci látkových toků souvisejících s fragmentací krajiny, modifikaci klimatických jevů souvisejících s fragmentací krajiny, flóru a vegetaci fragmentů, diverzitu makromycet, diverzitu edafonu, diverzitu vybraných skupin bezobratlých a diverzitu ptáků. Proběhl mykologický monitoring, v jehož rámci bylo nalezeno 820 druhů makromycet, z nichž 67 druhů je zařazeno do Červeného seznamu makromycet ČR.

Abiotic and biotic conditions in the cave Chýnov and their protection.

In my thesis I worked cave water chemistry and invertebrate sampling Chýnov cave. Sampling took place three times from June 2007 to April 2008. Sampling sites regularly distributed in the cave and differed intensity, distance from the surface and assumed the character of the overburden. These values were measured: sodium, potassium, calcium, nitrites, nitrates, phosphates, sulfates, chlorides, ammonium ions, water hardness. In the end I tried to summarize the results from samples of patterns and compare them with results from the years 2006, 2007. In comparison with the samplesbeing from 2006, 2007, the apparent increased calcium content and the reduction of nitrate. The collection of invertebrates at a site such as Chýnov cave (protected by law č.114/1992 sb. On nature and lands cape), the need for the exemption granted by the Government of the Republic through the Ministry of Environment. For this reason Ireferred to the research results of the first invertebrate cave Chýnov of 16 May 2000, conducted by Dvorak and Mlejnek masters. Research includes only the basic data. We have found three kinds of snails, two species of caddis, four species of beetles from the family of ground beetles, three species of butterflies, one species of spider and twospecies of crustaceans.

The destiny of oocysts of \kur{Cryptosporidium} spp. in the enviroment in contact with different kinds of invertebrates

This study deals with occurrence, dispersion and destruction of Cryptosporidium oocysts in a particular environment. It therefore focuses on the contact with different kinds of invertebrates. It reveals, how oocysts get to contact with the invertebrates and what happens to them, whether they pass through their body and digestive tract. Next, the study describes, what happens, if the oocysts are excreted because some of the invertebrates could digest and destruct the oocysts and the other invertebrates could act the role of transmitters. The other information is about different methods, which can be used for detecting the oocysts in the environment or in the bodies of different kinds of invertebrates.

The proposal of school biological excursions in locality of Sedlčany

Hůšová J.: The Project of school science excursions around Sedlcany {\clq}qMaster Thesis``, 2009 The aim of this thesis is to show the design of science field trips which could compliment and strengthen the natural science curriculum of primary schools. The introduction deals with two issues. Firstly, the theoretical basis of science trips and the steps which should be followed is discussed. Secondly, the general natural science characteristics of the Sedlčany area are given. Four trips are described, each with its own theme : the invertibrates in the Sedlčany area, Siberny Vrch Forest, the Hus{\crq}s Pulpit natural reservation area, and the Albert Rocks natural reservation area. Each excursion comes with a teaching plan for teachers, a map and a route plan, filled-in worksheets for the teacher, and blank work sheets for students. The excursions which were executed have been evaluated. The final section contains a list of sources used, and also contains additional materials, some from existing sources, and some original ones created by me for the project, such as maps, pictures, and work sheets.
