Valuation of Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate the value of company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a.s. for owners using the income approach at the date of 31st December 2013. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the methods and procedures of valuation. The practical part consists of the company profile, strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial plan and the final valuation of the company. Analysis of the previous development of the company is conducted for the period 2009 - 2013. The financial plan was drawn up for the period 2014 - 2018. Company was valued using discounted cash flow method in the variant of free cash flow to the firm. At the end of the thesis there was carried out valuation by the book value method for purposes of comparison with the valuation made by discounted cash flow method.

This diploma thesis is about business plan of the new started fitness and welness company The Coach gym. This business plan is used as a template for a realisation of the business goal. This diploma thesis consists of both teoretical and practical part. The teoretical part is based on the literature facts and describes the contents of the business plan. The practical part contains of the basic data about The Coach gym company, and all the information from the teoretical part are used as well. The financial aspects are described in three versions ( pessimistic, realistic and optimistic), because of the realisation of the more comprehensive view. The aim of this work is to prove or disprove the realisability and the financial viability of this company.

These methods are PEST analysis, 4C analysis, sector analysis, Porter's five forces model, analysis of business resources and financial analysis. Second part of the work is practical aplication of these methods on the specific business entity.

This thesis is focused on processing of the entrepreneurial purpose with the aim to establish a new restaurant. The work has been divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with general conditions, which an entrepreneur have to comply with before starting doing his own business. There is also a specific method that should the entrepreneur follow in order to draw up his plan correctly including all the requirements. The practical part is engaged in the implementation of the entrepreneurial plan itself where there is a detailed description of entrepreneurial activities with a few analyses. Viability of the chosen intention is assessed on the basis of these analyses.

Valuation of HOPI POPI, a.s.

Diploma thesis evaluate company HOPI POPI, a.s., to the date of 1. 3. 2015. Purpose of the valuation is to determine the company enterprise value to meet the needs of an external investor and for the better information of the leaders of the company about its performance on the market. The final enterprise value in this thesis is defined by using income approach with discounted cash flow "entity" method. Diploma thesis is divided into two major parts which is theoretical-methodologic part and analythical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts, principles and approaches of valuation which will be used for the final enterprise value and selection of the valuation method. The analytical part addresses the execution of strategic and financial analysis, analysis and prediction of generators of value, prognosis of financial plan and determining the final enterprise value with DCF "entity" income approach. Final enterprise value has been stated at 69 047 426 CZK. Conclusion of the thesis summarizes results, fulfillment of set goals and usability for practise.

Evaluation of Management and Budgeting of a chosen Non-Profit Organization

This thesis deals with the management and Analysis of budgeting selected non-profit organization that is funded organization Centre for Social Services Jindřichův Hradec. This organization is the largest provider of social services in the South Bohemian Regi-on. For efficient using of resources organization must be known their financial situation which can be evaluated using financial analysis which reveals weaknesses in the ma-nagement of the organization. The causes of these deficiencies can be identified by Ana-lysis of varience prepared for each of the years. This deficience is in the case of selected organization prarticulary problematic communication with health insurance company VZP ČR within the payment of reimbursement for rahabilitation and nursing care be-cause of which the organization was founded in 2012 loss. Based on the findings will be made appropriate recommendations in the discussion.

The aim of diploma thesis is to evaluate the activities of the company Prezenta Czech, s.r.o. and a draft investment realization. The evaluation of financial situation is done using selected indicators of financial analysis. It is obtained the real picture about the actual business of the company. Another goal of this work is to help partners company in the decision, which way directed the delivery of advertising and presentation systems, as currently solves the problem of poor quality supplies from China and the ever-lengthening delivery times. Therefore follows the decision to purchase a printer and method of financing.

Valuation of the Company JHV - ENGINEERING s.r.o.

The aim of the master thesis is to determine the objectified value of the company JHV - ENGINEERING s.r.o. to date of 31. 12. 2014 for the needs of management and owners. The first part presents the theoretical basis which is subsequently developed by the practical part on specific data. The content of this thesis includes the company introduction, as well as worked out strategic and financial analysis. This is followed by analysis and forecast of value drivers that are necessary to preparation of a financial plan. After that the valuation of the company is performed on the basis of discounted cash flow in variant of FCFF. In according to this method, the objectified value of the company is 927 523 thousand CZK to 31. 12. 2014. Subsequently, the resulting value is subjected to the sensitivity analysis.

The aim of theses is create a strategy based on results from analysis witch ware created during the writing this theses. Elected subject is Inpatient Health-Care Facility: Jinřichův Hradec Hospital. The facility is situated in South Bohemia and is also part of South Bohemia hospitals association. Majority owner is South Bohemia Region. In this region are located another seven hospitals witch may be considered as competitors. Analysis will verify internal as well as external environment of organization. Based on these findings, the current status, strenghts and weaknesses, opportunities and potential threats will be determined strategy.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the value of the company Emco, s.r.o. to the 31st December 2014. The work consists of a theoretical part, which explains the basic concepts, describes the procedures and single methods of the valuation of the company, and a practical part consisting of application of the knowledge mentioned in the theoretical part for the determination of the value of the company Emco. In the practical part, the company is introduced. Strategic and financial analyses follow. Afterwards, a forecast for sales and other value generators is performed. The conclusion introduces a financial plan which may serve as a basis for creating the valuation using the DCF entity method.
