Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění již fungující gynekologické ordinace za primárním účelem prodeje této lékařské praxe v horizontu následujících 5 až 10 let. Hodnota ordinace byla stanovena na základě provedené strategické a finanční analýzy a sestaveného finančního plánu na následujících 5 let. Výsledné ocenění je provedeno nejprve pomocí metod majetkových a poté metodou výnosovou a metodou relativního oceňování. První dvě metody pak byly použity jako podklad pro ocenění kombinovanou metodou. Všechny vypočítané hodnoty podniku jsou stanoveny k 31. 12. 2013. Závěrem je vyjádřeno doporučení, zda je výhodnější prodej lékařské praxe jako osoba fyzická či jako právnická. The aim of the thesis is the valuation of functioning gynecological surgery for the primary purpose of selling this meical practice in the next 5-10 years. The value of this surgery was based on the strategic and financial analysis and compiled financial plan for the next 5 years. The resulting valuation is done first by using the equity method and then by the method of returns and also by relative valuation method. The first two methods were then used as the basis for the valuation by the combined method. All calculated values of the company are set to 31st December, 2013. Finally, it contains the recommendation wheather it is better to sell this medical practice as a self-employed person or a as legal entity.
