Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat ocenění společnosti Kofola a.s. k 1. 5. 2014 s pomocí veřejně dostupných dat a zdrojů. Účelem ocenění je zjištění tržní hodnoty netto pro běžného zájemce o koupi podniku, který má možnost diverzifikace portfolia. V teoretické části práce se věnuji obecným východiskům oceňování podniku, základním pojmům a metodám a nakonec také, s ohledem na část praktickou, doporučenému postupu při oceňování se zaměřím na metodu DCF entity. V praktické části dojde na představení podniku, je zde zpracována strategická a finanční analýza, jejichž hlavním účelem je potvrzení potenciálu podniku pro uplatnění principu going concern, za jeho přijetí je následně sestaven finanční plán na základě generátorů hodnoty a v závěrečné kapitole je přistoupeno k výpočtu tržní hodnoty podniku pomocí metody DCF entity. The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of the company Kofola a.s. as of May 1st, 2014 using only public data. The valuation is created for ordinary buyer who has the opportunity to diversify his portfolio, which means that the goal of the valuation is to find out the net market value of the company. The theoretical part is devoted to the basics of business valuation, terms, methodology and recommended practice which is focused on DCF entity approach. The practical part introduces the company, the strategic and financial analysis are processed here and result in confirmation of going concern principle, then financial plan based on value drivers is prepared and finally by DCF entity approach net market value of the company is calculated.
